Baller.
He good.
Mitchell runs hard & combines that with speed in getting downhill cutting into running lanes. Seems to be getting better and better at it. Have been impressed all season, and today especially vs. a tougher D like the Bears.
Let's just pretend Mitchell was the 3rd RD pick and Sermon the 6th.

Yeach let's not. They could have had added actually productive players in the 2nd and 3rd rounds and still had Mitchell. Looking like two massive whiffs thus far.

Mitchell being great doesn't mean Sermon is bad, but Kyle is a clingy stalker. He won't even give sermon a series lol

I just don't know if he can be an every down back for multiple years. I like his running style, he does run hard and has pretty good vision and some moves, but with his size...

Lets hope he's got that some durable body like Gore did. If that's the case, he's pretty damn solid.

With the way Mitchell has been producing...then Hasty coming in here and there as an effective change-of-pace runner + catching the ball...J. Wilson maybe coming back later in November...Sermon could find it more & more difficult seeing the field.

Every team whiffs in every draft. Multiple times. This isn't an exact science. Sometimes you get a good player, sometimes a great player, and sometimes you miss on a pick.

Every team whiffs in the draft but this team whiffs a lot more than most when it comes to early picks. If you're going to use three firsts on a QB, it becomes especially crucial that you capitalize on your remaining picks and they've gotten nada thus far from their first three picks following Lance.

They could have picked right out of an Athlon or Lindy draft guide and still would have been more successful.

Yep. They got really cute and reached on Banks, Sermon, both corners. They could've went chalk and done 10x better.

eh, a 5th round corner is not a reach. but Banks, and Sermon sure were. especially Sermon, if he didn't play for a program like OSU he would've been a 3rd day pick.

Mitchell seems more of an outside runner , like Mostert, Sermon more inside. And they did have A Hicks abusing Brunskill inside.
