Mitchell is the starter, Jeff Wilson Jr is the #2, Hasty is the third down back and Sermon is still in the doghouse at #4. Won't need any more RB's next year which is good because the Niners don't have that many picks.

Considering only Mostert is out, this group is relatively healthy. It seemed for a while we were sheets having to deal with injury and PS players with this group. Sermon on the bench leaning and improving is fine. He will get his shot once he figured out the offense.

Every one of our backs is injury prone, we definitely need to keep drafting RBs.

Not even debatable at this juncture.

I would still bring back Mostert if he is cheap which I expect him to be. I still want to see the Lance and Mostert combo which we didn't get to see this season. But I wouldn't have him as our work horse. just 8 to 10 carries a game.

Glad for Mitchell. This dude is contributing big time. With all our RB down he definitely stabilized our offense.

If Mitchell can stay healthy there would be no need to bring Mostert back.
Mostert's role is exactly what Mitchell excels at. (outside zone)
But Mitchell can also run the inside zone pretty well also.
I would like to see what he brings to the passing game as a receiver. When we drafted him I thought he was going to be a heavy screen guy.

I would only bring Mostert back on his special teams contract because at RB, he needs to be treated special. Our special teams is the often injured.
