Kid's a rookie who's still adapting to the pro game. Lets hold off on judgements until next season. Right now he's the best rookie on this team and we got him as a day 3 pick.

Something you could see from the first preseason game is that he breaks tackles and doesnt go down easily by contact. Also one-cut guy, compared to someone like Sermon who would dance around.

Unless you're a burner, this is the #1 thing for a RB to earn reps. I've seen so many RBs whose tapes in college were popping off, but if you look closely most of them were running into big holes opened up. This isnt happening in the NFL, many times you will be forced to make guys miss and break tackles and grind these 3-6 yard carries against a box of fast LBs and big linemen.

Excited for the kid. He's physical and perfect for game like yesterday's.

#49ers RB Elijah Mitchell suffered a finger fracture and he's having surgery today, per HC Kyle Shanahan. There is optimism that he'll be able to play Sunday vs. Jacksonville, but they'll likely know more tomorrow.

Dang, we were calling to rotate in during garbage time to prevent Unnecessary injury.
