Like physically? Lol isn't Nick Zakelj 6'6? Big Mofo

brock lives with two giant Amazonian men
yeah.. i can see having a TW sized guy worth keeping

Nick Zakelj is a big dude, young (24), has promise to be a solid lineman. He was drafted in 2022. When I watched him play this pre season, I thought his main issue was just penalties (which are obviously a big problem) but I think he's much more capable at this point than poe and manning - I also think he is more versatile.

the big problem with our reserve O lineman this year, besides sucking, is that they aren't versatile. It's why we have 9 instead of 8. We don't have a swing player - only guys who can play either left or right

Or technically sound. Foerster loves physical profiles.

Unlikely. It looks like we still have the same issues like always: offensive line/depth, secondary and pass rush issues.

We possibly improved at QB though so that's legit. Maybe lost in Special Teams.

Thats what happens when you draft kicker and TE.

It is Foerster's job to improve their tech. Moore was better this camp than last year. Zakelj the same. Zakelj was used on both sides. I recall they felt he would be better on the inside than outside. I'm going to go back and watch some of their PS games now that the roster is set. I have a hunch I will like them both more than I thought I would after the first game.

Keep us updated please. I'm curious how they look after you review them.

I'm not very good at analyzing o line play from a technical standpoint, so I'm banking on you. Hahaha otherwise I'd do it.

wow

I mean…can't keep 2 FBs
No big surprises here. I called the linebackers. I thought Gonzalez would either be IR'd or released on a injury settlement. I called Dwelley, Woerner, and DFF sticking. Certain guys just stick around this team. Dwelley is fill in at fullback and DFF brings special teams value. Kyle and Company really like them. The only small surprise is Nick Zakelj. I thought he was bad this preseason and was clearly outplayed by Manning. I don't personally feel he warranted a spot on the 53. I was hopeful Manning would be kept over him but I'm not paid to make those decisions so it is what it is. They obviously feel Zakelj brings more guard and tackle versatility/development on his ceiling.

Don't set your hopes up too high. I'm just a keyboard hack with nothing better to do.

Please do. Moore looked the same to me. Solid overall but inconsistent with mental mistakes. Zakelj just looked poor all around from strength, technique to mentally unsure of himself.

If you're doing anything, that's 99% more than most in the world!
Hope to see Colleto, Manning, Knight and Winstead on PS as developmental guys.

Ok any time you guys wanna add Desmond King to the roster please do so…..

Was he the punter that played for the raiders?

honestly, I'd rather have Jerry jones out there punting for us at this point than wish. Lol at least that would be comical

LOL 😂
Conley, Snead, Hyder and Bryant will be the off and on the roster guys this year. Should they clear.
Little surprised they are risking Jamison as a team with returner need could snap him up.
