With Hurd still not fully healthy, apparently anyway, I have 4 locks at WR, Aiyuk, Deebo, Sanu, & Sherfield, with 2 spots open between James, Jennings, Benjamin, and Hurd(if healthy), maybe they find someone on waivers or a surprise cut who'll sign for the minimum.

There's gonna be some tough cuts, that's for sure.

I just saw that they're brining Clinton-Dix is for a workout. If they sign him I could definitely see him taking Jefferson's spot.

I'd love for them to go with 2 QBs but I doubt it.

I know Pruitt got a decent guaranteed amount but that was before they signed Matthews. By most reports he's shining at TE in camp. Has had I think 3 TDs now and a couple from Lance.

Totally forgot about Tartt going to PUP. I'll add Flanagan-Fowles.

I think the only differences we have are, I have Benjamin over Jennings, & Pruitt over Matthews.

Honestly, I look at the roster like this, I have 46 players who should be locks are should make it, plus 4 players who would be on IR or PUP.

3rd QB between Sudfeld and Rosen, I rather go with 2, but Kyle probably keeps 3

4th RB, I want to say Gallman is a lock, but I can see Hasty stealing a spot

5th & 6th WR Jennings, Benjamin, James, Hurd

5th LB Flannigan-Fowles, Griffith, Hilliard, Sullivan, Burgess all battling

2nd FS Jefferson vs Mayden

As for injured, Moore, Wilson, & Tartt on PUP, Skule, & Harris on IR, forgot Tim Harris, I wasn't sure if they'd do an injury settlement, but I think they keep him on IR, he'll cost $415K.

New roster projections, 4 of them, same 3 QBs + Tartt on PUP, 3 QBs + Tartt on 53, 2 QBs with Tartt on PUP, & 2 QBs + Tartt on 53.

Ok, so, the overall cap room, both with & without the restructure of Arik Armstead is below.

The more injuries, the less cap room we'll begin the season with, it sucks, I hope Hurd is healthy, because if they keep him, and someone else, they'll save some cap room, and hopefully Jefferson doesn't go on IR, then that's either $850K lost, or if he has a split in his salary, then it's $565K.

And we haven't played a game yet which usually produces a few injuries each time for us. Another LB and S added. Hmmm.

I pretty much agree nearly 100%, only differences, is a 4th TE, Pruitt over a 6th CB Johnson, who can be out on the PS without going through waivers. And depending on the health, I have Jefferson, but that was before we signed Ha Ha, so idk now. Every other player & position I agree 100%.

lol Grant Cohn said he thinks Kevin White was WR4. Just got cut.
