He's kind of a secret and still needs to continue to improve his inline blocking. Should make PS easily. Having guaranteed Pruitt $500K, Pruitt will be the 4th TE this season with Mathews coming in later and for sure next year, imo.

Thoughts:

- Benjamin played on 1st team against Chargers today. Even though he may not deserve it, he is in the Kyle Click. I think he now makes it over Nsimba after being cut Day one of the 53. Have them going with 5 WRs the first day.

- Mathews looked too good against the Chargers. No one could cover him. I think he makes the initial 53 now. Pruitt had a pretty good day as well and he is a blocker. If Kyle is smart, they cut Woerner. Don't think anyone will touch him.

- Hurd is gone. No reason to keep him at this point. Too many needs at other positions to stick him on the initial 53

- I don't think Donte Johnson makes the initial 53, but don't be surprised if he's on the initial 48 on game day. He actually started for Mosely (hamstring) today in Charger practice which tells me Kyle trusts him.

You have 52(I think) not 53, I doubt Kyle goes with just 5 WRs, why did you have Webster cut?

I think you have to keep Nsimba Webster, the 9ers will have too many DT's once Kinlaw is healthy. Trust me I would love for them to find a way to keep Kerr, but its just not happening.

I agree, I think we will keep 10 D-Lineman to at least start the season . To many good guys not to keep.
