Woerner is a lock, if Matthews makes it, he makes it over Pruitt, Woerner has really improved, as both a blocker & pass catcher.

You say 5 backs, but no Juice, lol. Anyway, question, what do you have the 49ers doing with Marcell Harris, Jalen Hurd, & Elijah Mitchell?

I hope they keep 2 QBs and 11 DL, I hate to lose either Hurst or Street or Kerr.

So with Hasty and Gallman looking good tonight do you think they risk exposing Mitchell to waivers to get him on the PS or maybe cut Gallman to get Mitchell on IR then bring Gallman back the next day?

Juice was the 5th back, my bad. Good call, ty.

I think we stash Mitchell on the PS and I just switched it, I think Harris will be the 5th LB we keep. I don't think we will keep 6.

Hurst is a guy I would love to keep and on pretty much any other team, he would make it for sure. Him and Kerr I think are battling for the last D-Line spot and I give the slight edge to Kerr because he plays the run better and is a little more proven and reliable but it could go either way. I really hope we keep Arden Key around.

I think we put Hurd on IR and I also hope we only keep 2 Qb's on the roster, I'm there with you on that.

Depends, idk if they want to risk exposing him to waivers, when you can just cut Gallman for 1 day, then re-sign him the next day when you add Mitchell to IR if the injury isn't season ending, if it is, just place on regular IR at final cuts.

I agree, Woerner is a lock. KS loves his hard nosed "blocking tight ends" like Woerner who is young and a guy KS and thus regime drafted

I think we can get Mitchell on the PS as long as he does not play the last game and stand out. I think a team would pickup Gallman if we were to cut him, though it wouldn't break my heart to lose him. I do hope we keep Hasty on the 53. If we cut him, Someone will def scoop him up...

I think they put Mitchell on IR, either short term or regular IR.

If we go 2 QBs, I'd keep all 11 DL, especially if we go just 5 LBs.

Gallman doesn't go thru waivers, so he'd be signed back the next day, the 49ers & every NFL team have done this ever since the whole short term IR came into the CBA.

Are any cuts coming this week?

They need to look for a QB3 to stash on the PS. Somebody to groom as Lance backup in 2022.

Travis Benjamin made an strong push for WR6.
Not sure why Jennings didn't play.
Richie James made one good catch and return but still don't see him making it.
Whichever WR plays with Sudfield has no chance to showing anything on preseason games

How bad is Mo Hurst hurt? That will change the 53 for sure
