Yeah, I think there's a few of those guys. TY.

Yes, we have a good number of them, who would/will or could be on the week 1 53.

QB Sudfeld
RB Gallman
WR Sanu
TE Pruitt & Matthews
C Brendel
NT Kerr
FS Clinton-Dix
SS Wilson

They'll likely have at least 4 on short term IR(Mitchell, Hurd, Hurst & Kendricks), and I guess Kinlaw may, who knows, so if they do keep those 5 on the initial 53, then these guys would likely be cut, re-signed the next day to the same contract they have now, Gallman, Sanu, Kerr, Clinton-Dix, & it'll depend on who they decide to keep, if they do keep 3 QBs then Sudfeld could be cut, if not, then one of the TEs, or Wilson, I still don't see them keeping 9 OL, not when they can put Brendel & Coleman on the PS without them going thru waivers.
Alright, below is the most likely 53 IMO, cap wise, and I'll explain after the roster.

There would be one more player with less than 3 accrued years added, to bring the total to the max of 6 with 3 or more accrued years, & 10 with 2 or less, for a total of $3.168 million used up.

*Denotes player with 3 or more accrued years
**Denotes International Pathway Player who automatically goes on the Practice Squad if the team chooses, but he's ineligible to play during the season.

With this roster the 49ers would have $518,846 in cap room to begin 2021.

Now, for me, the 4 short term IR players(Mitchell, Hurd, Hurst, & Kendricks), I'd cut, not waive, as the players cut don't go through waivers, Gallman, Sanu, Kerr, & Ha Ha, this is due to the fact that these seem like the easiest contracts, as Gallman has no GTD money, Sanu had a $25K bonus, he also has a $40K RB for making the week 1 53, Kerr has $200K GTD, and just a $87,500 per game RB, & got a $50K signing bonus, and Ha Ha has no GTD money, if they did this with say Tavon, he has no GTD money, just a $50K RB for making the week 1 53. Whoever is cut, will get the same contract that they had before being cut.

If the team decided to keep Jordan Matthews or Nate Sudfeld/Jake Brendel over MyCole Pruitt, they'll lose $500K for Matthews, $248K for Sudfeld, so they'd have just $18,646 with Matthews over Pruitt, or $270,646 with Sudfeld or Brendel over Pruitt.

They're going to have to redo Armstead's deal, he saves us $4.528M, while adding only $1.132M to his 2022-2024 cap numbers.

Now, they'll also need $1,691,175 to payback 17 players' per game roster bonuses that don't count against the cap right now, with those 17 players, and the amounts listed below.

QB Jimmy Garoppolo – $517,647
RB Raheem Mostert – $132,353
FB Kyle Juszyzck – $23,529
TE George Kittle – $52,941
TE Ross Dwelley – $11,765
C Alex Mack – $70,588
LG Laken Tomlinson – $23,529
LT Trent Williams – $132,353
DE Arik Armstead – $44,118
DE Samson Ebukam – $29,412
NT D.J. Jones – $44,118
NT Zach Kerr – $20,588
SLB Mychal Kendricks - $121,323
WLB Marcell Harris – $5,882
CB Jason Verrett – $235,294
FS Jimmie Ward – $88,235
FS Ha Ha Clinton-Dix – $137,500

They'd also save some cap room from Mitchell & Kendricks on short term IR, since they both should have split contracts, meaning Mitchell would make 3 weeks worth of a $415K salary, Kendricks 3 weeks worth of a $465K salary, which is $105K savings.

Of course, the issue with keeping Sudfeld on the week 1 roster is his entire $850K is GTD, same with Gallman, Sanu, Pruitt, Matthews, Brendel, Kerr, Ha Ha, & Tavon, of course, Gallman, Sanu, Kerr, Ha Ha, & Tavon were all expected to make the 53 anyway.

The other thing is Kendricks, he has, supposedly, I haven't seen confirmation outside of the tweet of his deal from I forget what media guy, has $200K GTD, idk also if you can release him, re-sign him the next day to same deal, and put him on short term IR. Plus i'm not 100% sure if they can just cut him while hurt, I imagine they can, but they take on a $200K dead money hit, he could be signed to the PS, but idk if he needs to pass a physical, so for now I'd say he makes initial 53 with him being put on IR the next day.

Also I don't see financially how it's possible to keep Benjamin over Webster, Benjamin makes $1.075M, Websetr $850K, what they would have to do, and I mentioned this to NC, is, cut Benjamin, sign him the next day to a 1yr minimum salary benefit deal, so he'd make the same $850K that Webster is due.

Of course, if they redo Armstead, that gives them some, not much, wiggle room, if they redo Laken, they save $2.808M, but add that $2.808M to his $1,005,530 dead money hit in 2022.

Ward could be an option, I hate the idea of touching his deal, I think there's no chance in hell they touch Jimmy's deal, they'll really screw up the savings next year, same can be said for Ward, but with Moore's achilles injury, I think Ward may play out his 3yr $28.5M deal he signed in 2020, so doing a redo may be an option, but again I hate that idea.
Tony Jefferson released with injury settlement

Yep just heard that, Tim Harris Jr. was also released with the same a few weeks back after he cleared waivers, went on IR. Have no clue what those numbers are, likely in the $50K to $85K range for each, but won't know for a bit.
Seems like Travis Benjamin made big strides towards the spot he and Nsimba are competing for.

I think TB has the edge. He's a deep threat solid route runner and can returns punts/kick offs.

Trent Sherfield looks like our best deep threat, but Benjamin does have more value as a receiver than Nsimba. But Nsimba's ability in open space is exciting.
These 5 cuts they have to make today are going to be hard, to go from 85-80, the current roster looks like this

QB(3): Garoppolo, Lance, Sudfeld
RB(6): Mostert, Wilson(PUP), Sermon, Gallman, Mitchell, Hasty
FB(2): Juice, Hokit
WR(10): Aiyuk, Deebo, Sanu, Sherfield, Jennings, Webster, James, Benjamin, Hurd, Cracraft
TE(5): Kittle, Dwelley, Woerner, Pruitt, Matthews
OL(14): Trent, Laken, Mack, Banks, McGlinchey, Moore, McKivitz, Brunskill, Compton, Coleman, Kaufusi, Kelemete, Brendel, Shepley (Not counting Gutierrez as he doesn't count towards the 90 man roster)
DE(9): Bosa, AA, Dee, Ebukam, Key, Willis, Barrett, Calhoun, Yarbrough
DT(4): Kinlaw, Givens, Hurst, Street
NT(3): Jones, Kerr, Daniels
LB(9): Warner, Dre, Azeez, Harris, Kendricks, Griffith, DFF, Sullivan, Hilliard
CB(9): Verrett, Moseley, K'Waun, Ambry, Lenoir, Johnson, Myres, Webb, D.Harris
S(8): Ward, Tartt(PUP), Moore(PUP), Ha Ha, Wilson, Hufanga, Mayden, Nacua
ST(3): Gould, Wish, Pepper

This will be a tough one.
Can Brendal play guard? I'm liking him more than Mckivitz

Terrific clarity on these. The list above is very important in understanding the INITIAL 53 but the next day, there could be a ton of activity and sweeping changes to the real 53.

Have you done one for what you think it'll look like the next day? The real 53?

With this roster the 49ers would have $983,646 in cap room to begin 2021, meaning they'll definitely need to restructure a contract or two, with Arik Armstead($4.528 million saved), & Laken Tomlinson($2.808 million saved) being the most logical choices.

The issue with keeping either Matthews, Sudfeld, Brendel, or any vet making just $850K over Pruitt means we'll lose $500K from that $983,646, since Pruitt has $637,500 GTD between $500K base GTD & $137,500 bonus.

For Benjamin, they'd lose $225K if they keep him over Webster, now if they cut both, re-sign Benjamin the next day to the vet minimum salary benefit deal, he should count the same $850K Webster would.

I posted this a few pages back, also the Kendricks thing, he has $200K GTD, not sure how that works if cut while hurt, plus not sure if you can cut a guy, re-sign him the next day and put him on short term IR, idk if the NFL allows that.

Also idk injury settlement numbers for Tim Harris & Tony Jefferson, who was just cut yesterday with one, Harris was a few weeks back.
Another candidate, but I really don't like the idea of this, to redo their deal is Ward, he's likely to play out his $28.5M 3yr deal he signed, but if they redo it, they can save between $5.86M(max) to $4,883,333(minimum), but the 49ers would either have $4,441,668 dead money in 2023, as Ward's deal includes a void year in 2023, that's with the minimum savings, it would go up to $6.395M if they did the max.

OK, this is my reference point going forward. This is so helpful. TY.

I don't see Pruitt being cut, like I said above, we'd lose $500K with someone making $850K like Matthews making it over Pruitt due to Pruitt's $500K GTD and $137,500 bonus he got.

I thought of Cracraft also, Kaufusi makes sense, idk about Yarbrough tho, what DEs play, we likely don't see Dee, and Bosa, Ebukam shouldn't be over used, nor should AA & Key IMO, so Barrett, & Willis? How long do the starters actually play? A half? All these injuries really suck, with just the 3 PUP guys we'll be down to 77, then add in Mitchell, Hurst, Kendricks all hurt, likely on short term IR, they'd be down to 74, who do they really play? Like I said, I can't see Bosa & Dee suiting up, so 72(well 73 with Gutierrez), do Verrett, Moseley & K'Waun, plus Ward & Wilson play? Trent? Kittle? Mack?
