i think Gallman is out, the rookie is more versatile and play ST as a returner. Which could also mean that Benjamin is out even with his injury.

No way Matthew's is a lock to make the team. I think Woerner is ahead of him. Matthew's is probably on the outside looking in.
I'd keep only five wide receivers so that we can keep five running backs not including juice. Mitchell still has some work to do as a running back, but his value as a kick returner AND gunner plus the ability to develop into a backup running back in a scheme that is very dependent on them and may end up going through quite a few is more valuable than a wide receiver who only dresses up to return kicks, which would also keep another wide receiver on the bench since we only suit up five.
Did Daniels and Mayden play on Sunday? I am asking because I didn't hear their name at all and looked at the stats sheet and didn't see their name either. And if they didn't play I am wondering if it was purposly done to avoid showcasing them so they could sneak them on the PQ.

Darrion Daniels? He played. Didn't see mayden, but didn't look for him either.
I would keep five RBs to include Hasty if it meant only keeping three TEs (Shanahan has gone w/ four in the past). I think this team needs Gallman and his vet presence, abilities & pass protection. Mitchell, though hurt most of the preseason, looks too good for the PS & has ST versatility - some team would probably bring him aboard their 53. Hasty also looks very good...he seems to continue to get better and offers a little something the other RBs don't quite offer...that quick shake 'n bake, burst + some power. Just needs to show reliability with ball security.
Final prediction:

OFFENSE
QB: Jimmy Garoppolo, Trey Lance
RB: Raheem Mostert, Trey Sermon, Elijah Mitchell, JaMychal Hasty
FB: Juice
XWR: Brandon Aiyuk, Travis Benjamin
YWR: Trent Sherfield, Mohamed Sanu
ZWR: Deebo Samuel, Jalen Hurd
TE: George Kittle, Ross Dwelley, Charlie Woerner
LT: Trent Williams, Jaylen Moore
LG: Laken Tomlinson, Colton McKivitz
C: Alex Mack, Jake Brendel
RG: Daniel Brunskill, Aaron Banks
RT: Mike McGlinchey

DEFENSE
LDE: Nick Bosa, Samson Ebukam, Arden Key
RDE: Dee Ford, Arik Armstead
3T: Javon Kinlaw, Kentavius Street, Kevin Givens
NT: DJ Jones, Zach Kerr
WLB: Dre Greenlaw
MLB: Fred Warner, Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles
SLB: Azeez Al-Shaair, Marcell Harris
CB: Jason Verrett, Emmanuel Moseley, Ambry Thomas, Deommodore Lenoir, K'Waun Williams, Alexander Myres
FS: Jimmie Ward, Jared Mayden
SS: Jaquiski Tartt, Talanoa Hufanga

SPECIAL TEAMS
K: Robbie Gould
P: Mitch Wishnowsky
LS: Taybor Pepper
KR: Elijah Mitchell, Ambry Thomas
PR: Travis Benjamin, Brandon Aiyuk

Notes:
- I think Myres played himself onto the roster at CB
- Still think Clinton-Dix is cut. He made an easy pick, but he also has blown assignments during scramble drill two weeks in a row.
- I think Ambry makes the team but man, he's been bad. Hopefully he gets better but he's been arguably the worst DB.
- I think we try to keep WR Jennings on the PS, but could see he or Webster brought back if Benjamin goes on short term IR for the concussion.

I think the following were signings that I thought were camp fodders and now might make the roster

WR- Sherfiled- He is a lock and should be number 3 WR
C- Brendel- They need him as back up center. They had him play all game today which leads me to believe he is making the team
KR- Nsimba Webster- thought he was intel from the rams but he has skills
SS- Ha Ha Clinton Dix- I now think he should start

Yeah just made that swap, as I think he can play all 3 LB positions, whereas I think Griffith is better suited to the middle.

Jauan Jennings
Jake Brendal (Kyle will just throw Brunskill out there as their backup)
Nsimba Webster
Jared Mayden

The math does not work for me, considering a stud DE will come back week 7. I think they try to trade a DE before Tuesday cuts I cannot see them keeping 9 DL when 4 play and keeping only 8 OL when 5 play. I think Brendel makes the team on OL and Street gets traded for a late round pick
QB- (2) Jimmy, Trey
RB- (4) Mostert, Sermon, Hasty, Mitchell
FB- (1) Juszczyk
WR- (6) Aiyuk, Deebo, Sanu, Sherfield, Hurd, Benjamin
TE- (4) Kittle, Dwelley, Woerner, Pruitt (1M guarantee)

S - (5)Ward, Tartt, Wilson, Hulfanga, Mayden

PUP
Wilson

Key Cuts
Gallman (he will replace someone on the 53 the next day)
Nsimba (may be there for PS)
Flan (should make PS)
Kerr (signed next day to replace Hurst)
Mathews (should make PS)
Jennings ( maybe PS)
Ha Ha
Harris (maybe PS)

I'd take Fowles over Marcell "Whiff" Harris all day everyday.
