Assuming you can still protect PS players, there's no reason to now have 3 on the active roster.
RB: Mostert/Wilson/Sermon*/Mitchell* (PS: Hasty)
I think it's likely Gallman or someone else gets traded for a WR, CB, or TE due to the respective team's injury in TC or preseason
FB: Juice
Duh
TE: Kittle/Dwelley/Woerner
I think Dwelley is an underrated #2. Juice, Hurd, or an OT can add depth in a pinch; hence only 3 on the roster.
WR: Samuel/Sherfield* (PS: Jennings)
WR: Aiyuk/James
WR: Hurd/Watkins*
Hurd vs. Sanu, James vs. Benjamin, White vs. Sherfield, Jennings vs. Watkins; I noted the winners in the depth chart
LT: Williams/Skule
LG: Tomlinson/Moore*
C: Mack/Brunskill (RETIRE: Richburg)
RG: Banks*/McKivitz
RT: McGlinchey (PS: Coleman)
Moore, Skule, and McKivitz can play T or G. Brunskill will exclusively focus on C.
DE: Ebukam*/Ford/Key* (PS: Hall)
DT: Armstead/Kerr*/Hurst* (PS: Daniels; SUSP: Givens)
DT: Kinlaw/Jones
DE: Bosa/Willis
It's unclear Givens status. He's likely to be suspended to start the season. Ford is another mystery.
SLB: Hufanga*
MLB: Warner/Gerry*
WLB: Greenlaw/Al-Shaair (PS: Hillard*)
I don't think Flanningan-Flowers makes it. Hufanga and Gerry are significant depth upgrades. Hillard ends up on our PS.
CB: Verrett/Thomas* (PS: Webster, Harris)
CB: Moseley/Johnson
NB: Williams/Lenoir*
FS: Ward/Moore
SS: Tartt/Wilson*
There's a good chance we add a vet to the roster as an upgrade to D. Johnson. Verrett and KK have an injury history.
ST: Gould, Wishnowsky, Pepper
Mitchell will be our primary KR/PR; no surprises here
I don't think Dee will be 100%, I think he starts on short term IR. I have Harris making it as backup SS/LB. I can see the team going with 4 true LBs(Warner, Dre, Al-Shaair, DFF/Gerry/Hilliard). I'm all for 2 QBs, but I think Kyle keeps 3, so Rosen or Sudfeld. I'm also leaning towards 8 OL over 9 OL. We do need a vet CB, Sherman or whoever the next best is.

I think they may have to choose between Key and Blair and carry another LB personally. 5 CBs seems really light too, don't know if keeping 5 RBs is going to work... like it otherwise tho

Everything is good 60sfan, except Blair isn't on the roster, Idk if he'll be signed, I'm assuming the physical didn't go well, same for Tony Jefferson's, that's why they weren't signed, I think they signed Key because of Blair's physical, and drafted Hufanga because Jefferson's not 100%.

It's a 17 game season now, so depth will be critical. 3 QBs could make sense for that.
If Ford is on IR, then Harris makes the roster for sure. ST value alone makes sense there.
8 OLs seems bare with a 17 game season. T. Williams and Mack are up there in age. I also see that extra OL playing some snaps at TE in certain formations. Shanahan wants redemption this year. LFG!!!

Not bad, but I think Mitchell makes it over Hasty, and Kerr IMO is a lock, can play NT, DT, & DE. Blair isn't signed btw. But great work.
I figured they'd try to sneak Mitchell on to the PS, but maybe Hasty isnt that valuable.

Lynch just said recently something like they've been in touch, he's been working hard, the rehab looks good, something to that effect. I think the relative lack of attention to WR this off-season suggests Hurd is in their plans for 2021

It will be interesting to see if PS stays at 16, or goes down to 12? It is always nice to stash a little more down on the PS, but if it ends up being 12, it's not that big of a deal, and wouldn't bother me a bit. Funny how Sudfelds GUARANTEES equal him being on the PS all season, and if he is on our PS, and someone claims him, then that just washes our hands of him and his guarantees, although in a perfect world he just sits on the PS all year with Jimmy G + Trey+ Rosen on the 53.

Disagree on Nate Sudfeld, Richie James, Justin Skule, Nathan Gerry & Dontae Johnson to start but can certainly understand why he's starting there.

Why wouldn't Richie James make the 53? He's our 3rd best WR right now, and he can do KR/PR as well if needed? Who you keeping over him? We keep minimum 5 WR's and maybe 6. Locks are Samuel+Aiyuk+James, Hurd if healthy is a lock, so basically we have everyone else battling for the 5th and 6th spot, or the 5th spot, and then PS. I think we roll with Samuel+Aiyuk+James+Hurd+Sherfield, and if we keep 6, I probably keep Watkins just for the upside, everyone else is PS material and only come up if we lose a WR.
I would roll with the 5 I mentioned above, and if Watkins shows he's to good to keep on the PS, then I would roll with 6 so I wouldn't lose him since James+Sherfield are FA's after this season.
