I think he makes it over Charlie for now. Kittle gets banged up a lot and I think we need a fourth TE more than a sixth receiver.

Feel like we might be able to stash Charlie on the PS.

Tons of guys who could be pulled off the PS at WR to fill out the bottom IMO and a sixth receiver would prob be inactive most of the time.

Only other thing I'd consider instead would be picking up an extra offensive lineman.

I agree about Dwelley over Woerner.
I broke down the roster(current) with my locks, 50/50s(basically fighting for a spot), and longshots.

It's kind of weird how both Feliciano and Pryor had really nice years but are struggling here. Probably a bit of thinking while playing in a new, more complicated system?

So who is your 53 as of today?

I am beginning to agree.

QB (3)

Brock Purdy
Sam Darnold
Trey Lance (I am assuming AB81 is right and 9+ million dollars isn't in play so Lance makes it over Allen)

RB (4)
Christian McCaffrey
Elijah Mitchell
Jordan Mason
TDP

FB (1)
Kyle Juszczyk

WR (6)
Deebo Samuel
Brandon Aiyuk
Jauan Jennings
Ray Ray McCloud (injured)
Danny Gray
Ronnie Bell

TE (3)
George Kittle
Charlie Woerner
Ross Dwelley (changing my mind here on Latu. I am concerned about him. I think they take a chance on Willis making the PS)

OL (8)
Trent Williams
Aaron Banks
Jake Brendel
Spencer Burford
Colton McKivitz
Matt Pryor
Jon Feliciano
Jaylon Moore
(Ilm Manning makes the PS)

DL (10)
Nick Bosa
Arik Armstead
Javon Hargrave
Drake Jackson
Javon Kinlaw
Clelin Ferrell
Kevin Givens
Austin Bryant
Taco Chaleton (they won't take a chance on losing the next Arden Key)
T.Y. McGill (they keep T.Y. over Hyder because he is more stout on the inside. I think Kyle is counting on Taco, Barrett & Beal making the PS for Edge Support.
Don't be surprised if someone is added after cutdowns)

LB (5)
Fred Warner
Dre Greenlaw
Dee Winters
Jalen Graham
Owen Burks (injured. I think they take the chance with Ball to get through waivers)

CB (6)
Charvarius Ward
Deommodore Lenoir
Samuel Womack
D'Shawn Jamison
Ambry Thomas
Darrell Luter Jr. (they do not want to risk losing Luter Jr., Oliver out)

Safety (4)
Talanoa Hufanga
Tashaun Gipson
Ji'Ayir Brown
George Odum

Specialists (3)
Jake Moody
Mitch Wishnowsky
Taybor Pepper

DE: Bosa, Jackson, Ferrell, Bryant, & Hyder
IDL: Armstead, Hargrave, Kinlaw, Givens
LB: Warner, Dre, Burks, McCrary-Ball, & Winters
CB: Mooney, Lenoir, Oliver, Womack, Ambry, & Jamison
S: Gipson, Hufanga, Brown, & Odum
ST: Moody, Wish, & Pepper

Not bad, just doubt they cut either Latu or Willis. Also I think Luter begins on PUP, Oliver only saves $240K if they cut him, he was so hyped up by Wilks, I think he's safe. Have no issue with the 5 LBs, I'd prefer 6 to make it, I like McCrary-Ball, but we'll see how it pans out.
AB,
Luter Jr has to come off PUP before final cutdown to be able to play this season, correct?

I just read the rule. He can come back after week 6 if he remains on PUP the rest of the pre season. right?

It's now 4 weeks, just like short term IR, so if Luter stays on PUP he's out 4 weeks/games, if say Beal or Davis make the 53, and then get placed on IR, they also must sit out 4 weeks/games, so the PUP & IR rules are the same, unless a guy gets IR'd before cutdown day.

So My latest projection is now outdated, had Laborn & Charlton on the PS, Charlton now on IR, likely gets a injury settlement, so he won't be a 49er for a X amount of weeks.

So does Latu make the cut based solely on his draft position?

Charlton done for the season.

I think based on being a 3rd rd pick he makes it, but It wouldn't shock me if they cut him, he needs to play well the next 2 games in order to be on the 53 & active each week.

Also needs good games to make the team keep 3 TEs, not 4 TEs, I have Kittle, Dwelley, Latu & Willis making it right now, but it's all fluid.
