I think 95% of the fan base expected Jimmy to be starting. It would take him ( Jimmy ) to be Injured or to have major struggles for him to lose his job Imo.

He wasn't interested enough to get involved quickly and move with an offer Ike the Rams did. "Interested" can mean just due diligence. We know how fast they can move if they really want a particular player.
