This is why Trey missed wide-open guys on blitzes against the Chiefs. He saw the open guy, started his wind-up, didn't trust what he saw and hesitated. Sack.

Trey Lance's first drive with the 49ers first-team offense: A few runs, a sack, 2 completions (Samuel and Sanu).

The drive was moving — key play was a Lance first-down run on 3rd-and-15 after the sack — but coaches had a play limit and called it around the 15-yard line

Fred Warner forced a fumble, then broke up a pass with a hard thud on the next play. In other words, Fred Warner looks like Fred Warner in practice vs. Chargers.
