It was a bit surprising to see him throw so many near-picks considering how well he was protecting the ball in TC. I'm going to go with the Jimmy SB excuse and say he has a concussion.

Obviously. Mahomes had a year. Allen looked like trash his rookie year. And he's unusually inexperienced for a rookie, and also hasn't played football in nearly a year. He will need time.

It's the 2 minute drill he is struggling with right now but that's to be expected from a 21 year old rookie who hasn't played a football game in over a year.

Chiefs are much crisper and have a pocket to work from. Many dropped 49er passes, and there was no Niner pocket. Trey's arm can make up for mistakes.

Agreed. Lance with our starters will be great to watch. I don't want to see Jimmy.

Trey looked really good sometimes but playing behind that O-line and his receivers dropping passes he is going to get the "so-so" treatment.

Also it´s pretty obvious that Shanny told him not to scramble.

I´d give him 7 out of 10.

He needs to play with the starters next week.

27 plays for Trey, guessing he wont be back out. They wanted to get him like 30.

Trey and out will get better. He hasn't played real football in two years. Just rusty.
