Just think we are going to lose a good Defensive Lineman in order to have Sudfeld on the roster.

What's the point of rostering Sudfeld at this point? Can't we just have Staley throw some balls to receivers?

I don't want JG or TL out there right now! Lol let Sudfled take the hits

Gotta cut Sudfeld. He's horrible.

Jimmy is about done developing. And if he remains the starter and we win the SB, he'll bring us a first round pick. You know this deep in your heart. Time to admit it to yourself.

lol no he's not. again less than 1000 pass attempts. it's hard to take you serious when you ignore this important point.

I responded to this. He is almost 30. That plays a big role in what and how you can learn. Moreover, he has 1000 attempts in the NFL, but 8 years worth of practice, as well as his college career. He is not a clean slate. What he is is just about what he will ever be.

Kyler has more attempts than Jimmy. is his development done? age is irrelevant to experience.

I told you... AGE matters. The human brain has more plasticity at a younger age. And so do practice reps, each one of which incrementally cements certain tendencies in your brain (which is why Murray and Lance have way more room to develop than Jimmy).

Can't learn s**t after 29 I guess

lol 5GR reaching with brain plasticity comments. not only is 5GR a QB coach, he's a neurologist.

The evidence supports what I said. Very, very rarely do QBs develop skills related to intuition and feel after they've been in the league nearly a decade.

just admit you're really reaching now. it's getting sad.

What? No way. I made this very same argument to NYniner when arguing about the rookies. First of all, traits like field vision are already extremely hard to develop — even at a younger age. Second, it's a fact of life that the further you get away from the teenage years the harder these kinds of things become to learn. Once gain, it's the same reason older people who haven't really played video games struggle with things like VR, while younger people thrive with it.

You are either born with these kinds of traits, or you learn them when you're young enough to not have hardwired your brain in that area.

show me studies where QBs are unable to develop after being in the league for 7 years. if you can't do this you're reaching and basically trying to connect obtuse dots that don't exist.

jesus christ. this is nothing but pure hate for a specific player. you think you know everything about QBing and now you think you know everything about neurology in sports. lol.

This guy picked against us every game in 2019.

He not only lost every game he started for Detroit that year he ran out of the back of the endzone for a safety because he forgot where he was.

Its play like that which which made him the elite QB he was.
WTF spot was that.
Impressed by the team today. The depth in the defense is awesome all the way to the third string. Offense a little less impressive but it's preseason (very vanilla).

He's not wrong. The double clutching is an issue. Its the difference between a completed pass and a deflection or interception as well as the QB potentially getting leveled. Its something that he should improve upon as he learns the offense better and starts to trust that guys will be where they are supposed to be.
Hasty might have made the team with that run.

Raiders going to LV is so dumb

Yep.

It should be the Raiders and Rams in LA, but the Raiders weren't going to play second fiddle to Kronke and the Rams.

If I were chargers I'd have stayed in SD

Dean Spanos refused to do anything about a stadium unless it was built in downtown San Diego (by Petco).

Once the ballot measure failed, Spanos was out.

Just run the ball every down in the 4th
How pathetic is the NFL? Is this the super bowl?
Why does the charger announcer sound like he wants us to win lol?
