Aiyuk deebo James Sanu have all had multiple drops since camp started, I had a lot more confidence in these guys coming into the season

That was one ugly game...seemingly flags every other play...had to be over 200 yds in penalties. Never seen a totally deadpan referee 'til tonight...dude had zero personality. Anyway, it was a very sloppy game. Would've liked to see Jimmy get another drive, but Coach thought otherwise. Lance deserved better support than he got...that said, he does need to learn to take some of the heat off his shorter throws. He made enough good throws, though. Good to see Sanu and Benjamin out there...the Sherfield connection is still the best, so far. Gallman had a very nice game, as did Hasty. Looking like the backfield will be Mostert, Sermon, Gallman & Hasty. Sudfeld showed very little...that wasn't good.

This. It seems to me that the WR starters are getting too comfortable. Kyle needs to light up a fire under them.

If we get to the point where we need our 3rd string QB our season is f**ked anyways. Roll with 2 QBs and keep an extra DL so Seattle doesn't steal him

Jimmy will get his receivers killed with those high throws like the one Woerner had to jump to bring down
The receivers must wash the butter from their hands
Lance throws rockets sometimes with too much power.
Lance was trying to impress with more big plays. Once he calmed and settled down, he was able to perform.
The DL is absolutely elite at every level.
The OL played better, I have to rewatch film to give an individual evaluation.
As usual lots of penalties in preseason, sloppy game.
I thought our OL depth was bad, the Chargers have a much worse situation.
That 4th quarter between Sudfield and Chase Daniels was brutal.

It sounds like this wa sa sloppy game. That's one of the concerns I have with playing 3 pre season games and barely playing the starters. I won't be surprised if some teams just aren't ready for the opener. KC plays their regulars a little more as do some other teams. The Niners starters have barely seen the field. I know they worry about injuries but you can't keep these guys wrapped in bubble wrap forever.
