Is the team planning to change the logo back to the 80s one?

I know we are transitioning the 49ers font back to saloon font (great move!) but I also noticed during the game that the SF logo on field was the 80s one. Are we planning to go back to that? I really hope so because that was classic…..plus it's what Joe Montana had on his helmet

Yup. It's all over our merch and in tv broadcasts again so safe to say it's now back to the official font. Just need to update the jerseys

You talking about the gold ring around the SF? I hope so - I like the original look.
