This scheme, with both of them playing, is gonna be so tough to plan for. Trey needs to get at least ten to fifteen plays so the threat is real, and teams fully have to prepare. Jimmy can execute as he does, and Trey can still throw the ball well enough, so teams can't clue on when he's there. And Shanahan is still willing to sneak Jimmy, so there's no guarantee there won't be a QB run with Jimmy in. And maybe with Jimmy sharing a quarter or so of his snaps, he won't get so comfortable he throws a boneheaded INT.
Looks like this could actually work.
I think it was more to just make teams think about it at the start of the year. Really dont seem him going to it during the regular season.
