he is but rules I remember say a player has to start on the roster before being placed on IR if you want to return
so I expect 1 or 2 DL we cut just get snatched up

Who says we have to cut a DL. We can just cut a position like that we aren't deep at like corner and keep 11 DL.
place hurst on IR and bring back the other player that we released.

He has looked better than DFF in my opinion.
Also Hilliard did not look all that great against the Raiders.

Also I would not mind keeping 5 Safeties and only 4 LBS as long as they think 1 can be a big contributor on ST.

What they do to do is get rid of that Marcell Harris LB project, I don't even like him as a Safety.
