I'm not sure why everyone is surprised, the 49ers spent $1 mil on Norman. You go the cheap route, you get cheap production. Now if the 9ers spent $50 mil on the guy then I'd be pissed. Lynch needs to stop f**king around and spend top dollar on a CB, plain and simple. And I'm not talking about just one CB too, I'd sign Kyle Fuller AND Desmond King. The CB market is gonna be pretty loaded in March, now is the time to spend.
