The return of the "Big Dick" or are there better options for the CB needy 49ers?

Look, you know me and I know you. Any chance for a dick and fart joke, I am going to take it. But this s**t is serious. With Verrett down and likely out, the talk has already begun about bringing back the Big Dick, AKA, uncle sherm, but really better known as Richard Sherman. But is Richard ready to play football? Mentally and physically? I have my doubts about the former, and most fans would question the latter. I would welcome Richard Sherman back, but I am just not sure he's ready. What are our other options? Do we roll the dice with our young guys or are we going to go get somebody?

If his head is right bring him in because he's gonna provide the leadership we'll need to do what we have to do to get where we want to get

I thought this was a thread about Mullens at first, but no, Sherman has some serious issues.

If not Sherman then who? Like seriously? Dontae cant stay back there giving up penalties all year.

We need to trade for Gilmore. I am not sure Richard Sherman will be mentally or physical there, with all that is going on in his personal life. Last thing we need is him getting hurt, due to lack of conditioning.

Dam Sherman is washed up but our cb's suck. Tough call

Here's the other issue. Is Sherman willing to take a minimum type deal? Compete for play time?

This of course is outside of his health both physically and mentally.

Trade for CJ Henderson on the Jags or even Gillmore on the Pats (5 more games to go until he's back)

cb is the weakest position group and now we need a cb1 in the worst way with the wrs in our division or Tampa bay in the playoffs or KC or Buffalos wrs in the SB Either way we absolutely need another goof cb
