First 3 weeks of a season are always a crapshoot.
People are dinging KS and DR for pulling starters, but we need to remember they are trying to manage injuries from the turf. Bottom line though, whoever is in there needs to get the job done.

Whats the deal in Philly. Should I expect to be tortured as a niner fan?

I was treated fine in Detroit. Not sure if Philly will be as friendly. You can always go in stealth mode. Go Niners!!

Yeah. True.
Will be a very interesting matchup.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't

Spent some time watching the highlights of all of our division opponents games and the Philly/Atlanta game. This is going to be such a tough division this year. Stafford was really hitting on those deep passes. Wilson looked great and the Cardinals have added more weapons to what was already a pretty good defense. Every game could end up being a real dogfight. One thing that surprised me though in watching all those highlights was that hardly anyone in the crowds, which were quite large is some cases, were wearing masks. I don't see how that is going to end well. I'll be really curious to see what happens to the Covid numbers next week, which will mark the end of the typical nine day incubation period. If people don't step up and get with the program this thing may never end.

Yes especially since they won in convincing fashion last weekend. Only inflated their ego more. Philly is a town that does not know how to handle success so they act like animals

Yes, unless their fanbase totally changed. I went to a Monday Night game a long time ago, and made sure I was in stealth-mode. Another 49er fan sitting next to me was wearing a gold 49er jacket, and was pelted with ketchup and beer all game long. Fireworks were being set off right in the stands. This was the game that Philly decided to install a holding cell in the stadium for unruly fans until the police came.

In the 90s? I was at probably that same game, at the Vet, and towards the end of the game someone shot off a flare gun that went from one side of the stands to the other. Only because the eagle fans left early is why someone probably didn't get hit and die. They are animals. If you wear red/gold you will be targeted. I live just outside Philly and will not take my kids to the game

I think I read that Seattle is required fans to be fully vaxxed to get in, or proof of negative test within last 72 hours

Yep. I live about 1.5 hours away from Philly. I'm not taking my family to that game. I went to D.C. in 2019 and we had no problems. But I don't trust Philly fans. No thanks.

I'm more worried about Stafford's deep passes and Wilson's lucky throws.
