Philly are a lot better then the Lions. Hurts and Sanders worked great in the run and passing game. Hurts was accurate and mobile when it counted. Sanders was just finding holes and is very fast to exploit them.
Their defense is a lot better then the Lions
They are going to keep us on our toes. Our offence is better but our Defense needs to steep up. If the Lions were running through the middle of us the Eagles are going to really hurt us if we do not tighten up.
Hope the CB situation can be patched up.

They are better but if the PHI/ATL film is an indication, the gap between DET and PHI on run defense isn't that wide. You might even give the edge to DET.
ATL had 100 yards rushing not even 5 minutes into the 2nd quarter with Cordarrelle Patterson and Mike Davis(yes that Mike Davis) as their runners.

Lets see if Ryans figured out how to slow a mobile QB, Hurts can also do that read-option crap he had 62 yards rushing and averaged 8.9 yards. Also hope to see Trey Sermon in this game, I think Shanahan will utilize all three of his young RB's!!!

Yup, I can't remember the last time the 9ers blew them out. Since 2001 the 9ers are 4-8 vs Philly and every time the 9ers did win it was no more than 3-6 points. The one time the 9ers won by 10 was in 2001 when the score was 13 to 3 and it was still a nail biter.
