Giving the injuries, I think our best coverage guy right now is ward. I think we might see him covering Smith most of the day.

If that is the case I also hope to see Harris a lot.

With lack of depth at CB so we need to shutdown the run and get Phily into long distance 3rd downs where the pass rush can tee off. On offense, run it down their throats!

I've been wondering about moving Ward to corner as well. It's not the best fit for his talents but he is - as you say - probably the best cover corner active right now. If the right and left cornerbacks are getting really carved up, I could see them even moving K'Waun Williams to one of two positions - though he is so good as a nickelback I'd only do that if things got really bad.

The idea of a Ward, Taart and say … Hufanga all playing together is intriguing. Either Taart or Huf (or both) in the box at times. Huf is an effective blitzer there too. That would be a good grouping against screens, jet sweeps, etc. it will be interesting to see what Ryans comes up with.
