Hard to be confident when we're going into the game with at least 4 starters out but I do think this team is still good enough to overcome the injuries.

I do think our offense will have to shoulder the brunt of the responsibility for a bit until the secondary finds their groove which I think can happen as Thomas and Lenoir grow into their roles(similar to Seattle in 2011)

Eagles DL is no joke but I think our OL and our scheme and players are up for the challenge. We certainly have no issues going to the quick game or mixing things up on the ground so their pass rush can't attack. Jimmy has to be on point with his decisions and we may see more Lance in this game.

I'm thinking 31-27 49ers W.

Yeah, this is going to be a big battle of the trenches. Looking forward to it.

I'm not that concerned about Mostert not being there. They always rotate the backs a lot anyway. Greenlaw and Verret are going to be missed. They can't afford to lose this game because the 3 games afterward may be the toughest 3 game stretch of the season. That's assuming Rogers starts playing like he can.
Wait, what happened to Marcell Harris?

Bakhtiari's backup Elgton Jenkins is very very good. Won't be as easy as many think
Kittle is gonna dominant
Philly has an underrated team. Defense is very talented obviously. Safety may be their weaker area. On offense, their WR group is unproven. We have to hope whoever's out there on Sunday at CB can hold it down until Moseley's back.

Hurts is not going to sit back there and wait for receivers to come open. They'll continue with the quick passing game to neutralize the 49ers' DL. CBS need to be ready to tackle.

Philly's back 7 doesn't scare anyone. Kittle should have a big game. Watch for Juszczyk to get some touches.
damn every one and their mother is picking the eagles to win this game. #mediabasis

Hopefully they bring up Gerry from the practice squad rather than rely on Flannigan-Fowles. I don't know what they see in Flannigan-Fowles.

I wouldn't say that, only NFL.com is picking the Eagles.

How can a backup be very very good?

Hes "good" because of Rodgers. Same thing for Wirfs. Guys like Rodgers, Brady, etc. you can mostly plug in whoever at OL and so long as they aren't horrendously bad those QBs will make it work

Why are we worried about the Packers before the Eagles game?
