No Mitchell or Armstead for the game it sounds like. That's not good. If Sermon can't go either, we might struggle a lot on offense.
i doubt missing Eli and Trey will equal struggling on offense. AA missed practice due to the same injury before the eagles game.

If we were missing OL, than i would be concerned

Without Eli or Trey Sermon, we'll be without a RB other than a few guys that have been here about a week or two. It's unlikely we'll get a ton of production from a few guys that just got here.

AA also practiced last Thursday before the Eagles game.

I'm not concerned about anything, Jimmy G will lead us to a glorious victory!

It's on Prime Time, he's gonna want to silence the haters.

The interior defensive line should be eating on Sunday night. Packers are starting two rookies and a super green 2nd year player. Their whole offensive line is moving around and compensating for two injuries. I'll honestly be disappointed if we don't dominate both their fronts.

It's surprising we're not bigger rivals, like we were in the 90's. We've faced off with the Packers and bounced them from the Playoffs 3 times in the past 10 years and beat them, 3 more times in the regular season. We're 6-3 against them over the past 10 years. The only times they've beat us are in 2015(dear lord, the Tomsula year) 2018 after Jimmy tore his ACL and 2020 when Jimmy had a horrible high ankle.

I remember in the 90's it was like we faced them twice a year, like a division rival. Both in the regular season as we were both on top of our division each year and in the playoffs.
I looked it up, we faced them 7 times in 4 seasons in the late 90's and were 6-1 vs them. Old Mooch had Holmgrens #.

No the Packers owned the 49ers in the 90s.

On paper, I think the 49ers are at least a touchdown better than GB, but the injuries level the playing field and of course Rodgers > #10, so who knows how this will turn out.

Niners DL > Rodgers

he was out Wed. and limited the rest. pretty sure he's taking a veteran rest day.

OL makes the RB. if the OL holds up we can still run. it won't be any House calls but we should get some decent runs

Hoping Trey Sermon gets a full practice in today 🙏🏻

Who will be backing up Sermon? Cannon and Patrick?
