Can the 1.2 trolls picking the Packers over my beloved 49ers please stand up to explain your logic.
they don't think its 2019 anymore.
I am picking the Niners to win, but I don't think its going to be a gimme.
Same... I'd be allot more confident if 5 RBs werent injured and our top 2 CBs were available to start. But a healthy Bosa and Ford should be able to harass Rodgers enough for whichever RB we just signed off the street to get over 100 yards and grind out the win with time of possession.
Wondering if our RB situation causes Kyle to put in a little more Lance packages as a runner. GB doesnt have the best track record against mobile QBs. JG will still get 90-95% of the snaps but seems like this will be a Shanahan special... where we throw in something that they just cant stop and keeps Rodgers off the field, or at least thats the hope.

Actually, I'm not worried about our RB position. I'm looking for Hasty to have a monster game, in the run and pass element. It remains to be seen if Mitchell will be in the concussion protocol. If Mitchell is a go I think that's all that Shanny needs for a dangerous run game. (Look for Kerryon Johnson to be activated.) And I think you're right, Lance will be a real factor in this game.
So the way I see it, I think we're setup pretty good for this one. We have this teams number. I was actually pulling for the Packers tonight though. I really did not want to face an Aaron Rogers lead 0-3 team.

Hasty is out for a few weeks

I forgot about that. But I'm still not worried. Shanny will have the run where he needs it to be for the win. I think Mitchell will play. If I were a betting man (which I'm not) I'd say the Sermon will be a go as well. We'll be fine.

Would be surprised to see sermon play. Kyle announced he landed on the concussion protocol Monday.

I don't worry about matching up with GB. I do worry about the east coast hang over phenomenon Shanahan mentioned today. They've come out flat and had L's hung on them the last two home games after a two week road trip. Don't like that.
