Jags sent a TE they just signed this off-season and a 3rd for Cj henderson and a 5th rounder in return.

A top ten pick and that's the best they can get for him should tell you everything you need to know

It's bad drafting but they also took flyers on those positions. We're actually really lucky Lenoir and Mitchell can play ! Relying on 5-7th round rookies to fill key starting roles on a supposed playoff team is a gamble.

Sign Richard Sherman. He is better than most of the CBs on our roster. He would of made a big difference in last night's game. He isnt as fast as he use to be but davante was owning our CBs within the first 15 yards with flat and out routes. That is something Sherman would have taken out of the GB playbook.

As for CB, i dont think we need a big trade but there are a few small-medium trades that we can make to bolster our RB group

Exactly. At the minimum, Sherman would've prevented Rodgers from going half the field in 30 seconds. You need a veteran presence in that situation. Need to sign SHERMAN ASAP

Sherman may be done. He barely played last year, unless you want to pay him as a high priced Cheer leader. Don't forget who let Tyreke Hill catch that lob ball on 3rd and super long to get the Chiefs back in the game against us in the super bowl? Plus, I hear the Bucs are going to take him because their DBs are worse than us.

That was Moseley. Sherm gave up the big catch NY Sammy Watkins.

Not the news I wanted to wake up to. But don't worry guys we got Dontae Johnson and Dre Kirkpatrick. Hey maybe they can re-sign BW Webb who was torched constantly in the Preseason.

f**k!!

Look at the people doing the whining.no context whatsoever but yeah, let's cry about not getting a CB from an 0-3 team that didn't trust him to play.
I'm good on not getting Sherman. He'll have a calf strain in 2 weeks and be done for 6 more weeks. And we will be right back in the bargain bin looking for corners..

Face it, EVERY CB is on this team is capable of missing a game or three, four or five and six. 49ers can't afford to worry about "what if this guy get injured" and I'm sure they don't or Jason Verrett and Jaquiski Tartt wouldn't have been re-signed.

49ers NEED to stop the bleeding at CB, they won't survive with Ambry Thomas, Dontae Johnson and Dre Kirkpatrick starting week after week with top offenses like Seattle, LA and Arizona in the the division.

We better get a CB. Cannot compete on the outside with s**t corners and lack of pass rush. We have Metcalf and Lockett this weekend and Hopkins/Kirk after that. Gonna get demolished.

What a damn fail if we let him sign with them. Sherm knows this defense better than our defensive coordinator lol. He would've been such a huge boost for our secondary and defense overall that damn well needs it. IDGAF if he lost a step, teams still respect him and would much rather throw in Demmo/Moseley/Normans direction cause Sherman never had speed to begin with, dude beats you with his instincts and brain.

Well I can't blame him. He wants to go to a contender. Brady is the best salesman in the business.

I don't really see it as a failure on us. It obviously sucks. But if you had the choice to finish your career playing here or playing with Brady in Florida the choice isn't that hard.
Do all of you that want Sherman remember how he struggled in coverage last year. He was injured and he's definitely lost a step. Many people were saying he was too slow to play corner anymore. Now they want to bring in a guy that hasn't had any training camp and had some off field issues this year. I doubt he would be an upgrade over what we have.
