Do we need to make an aggressive trade

Classic sky is falling 49er fan reaction. We lost one freakin' game of a 17 game season to the best QB in the game because we left 37 seconds on the clock. Chill the heck out.

Its one game lost, but the patterns are clear. No run game and terrible defense. We have a lot of great QBs coming up and they will eat us alive, and we cant run the ball effectively enough to keep the ball away. The sky IS falling whether you want to believe it or not

But we lost a game we should have won despite the mistakes. No running game really after mostert got hurt and no decent CBs is why we lost. Shanny doesn't trust our running game and our CBs can't play man.
Sad thing is it's the same issues year after year. OL and CB. Add to that pass rush every year except for 2019.

It's Game 3 of a 17 Game season. At some point the run game will bounce back as guys return. CB you can't really do anything about beyond hoping that the young guys improve as the season goes on and that Norman's injury isn't serious.

The good news is that you don't play Aaron Rodgers every single week.

Yeah we just play a bunch of bums like Stafford, Wilson, and Kyler lol

Oh and some lesser guys that will still cook us: Cousins, Ryan, Burrow, Tannehill. They all have great receivers that we cant cover for s**t
We absolutely need a very good cb. That would of EASILY won us the game tonight. We play Sea and the Cards so expecting our pass rush to always come thru is a joke. Or the refs to call blatant holding is a pipe dream.

We need Gillmore or someone of that caliber. A DPOY 2 years ago. He should be good to go in a few weeks and we don't need to give up a first we don't have. Maybe a 2nd or 3rd rounder and we have dealt with the Pats before

I understand lynchs agenda by building our roster with young guys and coach them up but yorks are gonna run out of patience soon. If I want a SB now, you need to sign stars now. Look at Tampa and look at the Rams this year. Those 2 teams are gonna be in the playoffs for sure.

You realize the cap went down and won't be going up much higher than it was last season for 2022 plus signing big names doesn't always pay off and then you end up being screwed cap wise

Credit where credit is due. The Rams and Cardinals are playing the game like the NBA. Sign stars. I am sure the NFL loves it

We probably get Eli Mitchell back next week who is just fine for Shanny's running game. Hasty should also be back in a few weeks. We also should get Jeff Wilson back for the second half of the year and he's proven what he can do in Shanny's O. We just need our run game to survive a few weeks before the reinforcements arrive.

Now the defensive back field, I have no light at the end of the tunnel for ya. Demo looks promising and it was nice to have Moseley back but that unit is average at best with no real sign of major improvements coming later on.
Greenlaw for JC Jackson who says no.
Get Sherman back this week. Can only help our depleted secondary.
