Do we need to make an aggressive trade

Crocky not happy about it

Trash CB we can do better

No I don't think we can do better at this point.

Dude went for a back up TE and a 3rd. That's what the league thinks of him. He's soft and won't get a 2nd contract. He's following the Justin Gilbert career path

Yeah. Like Dontae Johnson and Josh Norman

That makes sense since our dline is one of the deeper units. But do we trade in exchange for a corner or RB?

They don't cost draft picks and will provide the same level of play.
I don't know much about henderson. 3rd rounder seems kinda steep. who else is out there?

Not that steep he was a top 10 pick only last year, and he flashed as a rookie in limited action. Lots of upside there, should thrive in Carolina

He was a top ten pick so his value has already plummeted cause he's soft. Like drafting Ahkello in the top 10. He's weak at the top of routes. Once he's just running with receivers he's good in coverage. But don't ask him to contribute to the running game. New blocking rules make him even more of a liability.
I just came for the laughs and wasn't disappointed.
What the 49ers really need and have needed for years is a true shut down corner. Even Verrett when healthy wasn't able to shut down the big fast guys. Until they get a really good corner, this team will be vulnerable to those deep passes from any QB/WR combo that has chemistry. It only takers a couple of bombs per game to turn things around. A pass rush helps but it looks like the officials are going to allow more holding this year in an effort to protect the QBs even more. I've watched a few games and it seems like there has been fewer holding penalties this year than in the past.

Dude, back off on Josh Norman he is a solid CB and I have no doubt the game would've been different with him in there.

I disagree, what the 49ers really need to take this defense to elite is a ball hawking Safety like a Ed Reed or Earl Thomas. Sure those aren't easy to come by but Jimmie Ward is just not gonna change his game and become that any time soon.

For the most part they've played a ton of zone while kyle has been here, that doesn't require "shutdown" man corners.

Overall the league is a pass happy league now, defenses are already behind the 8 ball the way the rules and refs are going…more points means more eyes more fantasy pts etc. sucks

Safety isn't a issue here…when you line up DJ or a 5th rd rookie on Adams it's show over.

I was wrong about not needing more CB help when we spoke…I still think reaching for a RG over Asante Samuel Jr was a huge mistake.
