⛏ SF 49ers vs Seattle Seahawks Pregame Thread - 2021 Season Wk 4

Time to regroup and get better. I normally judge a team by the first 4 games to get a good feel for how the season may develop, so I'm hoping to see a much more urgent looking game from the offense. Get this win!!

Rogers had one receiver and we couldn't stop them. How do we expect to stop DK and Lockett?

Offense will have to carry us but we all know how that went.

Looking at this game objectively, the matchup suggests our only chance of winning is if it's a shootout. I don't see our DBs being able to cover their receiverrs and our D Line isn't set up to defend well against mobile QBs. The big question is, can we win a shootout with Jimmy's inconsistent QB play and a non existent running game? Well we almost did against the Packers, but we will need to execute way better this game because our D is likely to get burnt harder than what ARod 2 Adams did to us.

People were underrating Dallas and the Eagles were healthy when we played them

Wilson probably salivating watching film from the past two weeks. He loves the deep ball and it looks like in this scheme that's where we are most vulnerable.

If we play man all day with the Hawks, we will lose this game. At this point, Ryan needs to adjust and scheme around this weakness.

Yeah and it's hard to look at the NFL like that. Just to many variables.
Just look at us, everybody up in arms and panicking after a close loss to Rodgers….if we come out and dominate Sunday you will think we are super bowl favorites.
The truth is we are contenders, probably on that second level with teams like Arizona, Dallas, KC, Miami, NE, GB, Seattle and a few others who will need a lot of help and good bounces to get to the conference championship game. I think your 4 favorites are LA Rams, TB, Buffalo and Cleveland.
KC looks very beatable

All that squirrel hunting is about to pay off this week.

Gonna be totally honest here.

Why does Jimmy always looked over amped up at the beginning of each and every game. I expect those feelings for Lance but Jimmy is a legitimate starter. It's not his first rodeo. He should by now be able to go in and methodically hit his receivers and not always have a slow start. Seems like he is always missing high too.

Sldo, someone mentioned Bosa. I think Bosa will be fine but like all other positions it's gonna take time before he 100.

CB and RB are a serious concern. I'm getting tired of having the same concerns each year. I know he won't but Jimmy and others should have looked into restructuring if possible Bc we're already right and people dropping like flies. I guess it's too late for that. Nothing to trade really either.
