Should have saved the next 2 years first round picks and drafted Mac Jones. Used those picks for decent CB and RB.

This team is such a joke. Seattle had negative yardage until the end of the 1st half, yet they go into the half tied. How do you dominate a team so badly and go in tied at the half? Pathetic.
I'm so sick of this team underperforming, and the injuries are only part of the story. The playcalling is questionable, players make stupid mistakes, offense is disjointed...the games aren't even fun to watch because it feels like you're just waiting for the next mistake to happen and the other team to capitalize.

Some of it is shanny being a wussy play caller trying to get cute and make the punter kick a FG. I know Tomlin always goes for it when his kicker is hurt. Same with the extra pt. It should have been a given that we go for it on 4ths and 2pt with the kicker hurt.
It was weak play calling when we were dominating.
I mean going into this game it should have been obviously we would need 30-35 pts minimum to heat Seattle.

I personally was impressed with his elusiveness in the pocket. But while I think he can be functional because of his legs, and the threat he brings to both the run game and deep pass, he obviously isn't ready for the rhythm quick game, as everyone knew. And that's a huge deal in the NFL.
That said, after watching his clutch 4th down plays, I honestly don't think the net would be a drop for the offense. Our run game will be better, even if our rhythm passing game is worse. And then there's the coming off the bench factor. He may have played better without the rust.
Trey was lost and looked horrible. Scared and had no poise. He was panicking all the way to the end. It was really cringeworthy.
With that said. Jimmy's time with the 49ers is over. Let trey learn and he should start here on out.
Clearly did not watch the entire game. He played well starting from around 8 minutes left in the game.

With a week for him and Shanny to prepare there's no way Lance would be any worse than what they had with Jimmy, and I agree with you that his running ability will loosen things up for the running game. I don't think there's any benefit to starting Jimmy anymore, based on the last bit of this game I think Lance gives them a better chance.

The offense has been pathetic besides the first half against Detroit week 1. Was hoping this would be the break out game for the unit but it was not. Mostert might actually be the catalyst of this offense because without him we are not the same team. 17 points against the Eagles, 28 against the packers after being down already 17-0, then just 21 points today when we had 457 yards is pretty ridiculous. Hopefully next week we can be more consistent against the cardinals and actually score in the first half a couple times

He just needs coaching. I like the energy and last week he did run back a great kickoff. You kind of need a little crazy for ST. He may have that.

Yeah, we need him to come through - I don't want to see Deebo returning kicks again.

Get ready for "Backyard Football with Trey" the next few weeks. At least, after Kyle's first 15 scripted plays are done.

Nah I'm good, I rather go train or surf. Don't really care to watch this s**t already.
