So it's the morning after the loss, and after I created this thread. After I myself have cooled off, just wanna say that while my frustration with the fan reaction is warranted, it's as you guys say what you expect out of a fanbase after another crappy loss to Seattle. That also contributed to me myself feeling some type of way.

Just want to say I appreciate the passion that this fanbase has for the team, even though I may not agree with any of your takes whatsoever. Hopefully we can all direct this passion towards repping and supporting the team on gamedays, especially if we are at the game. That said, I'll avoid gamethreads from now on LMAO

As some are saying some fans take this game too serious fight, kill, argue over it.

At the end of the damn day it's just a game. We're not the ones being paid millions, we're not being paid to wear the gear.

This should not be the most important thing in our life. It should be a hobby and that's it.

Don't get me a wrong, i am a die hard niner fan, always will be, will not miss a game if i do not have too. Even if i know we're going to lose. But i've learned to just accept it and move on when you lose. yes a win feels good, but a loss is just a loss. Oh well, it sucks yes, but i got more important things to worry about.

Yup completely true.
Agreed, Y2O. A little too much toxic negativity.

Which isn't to say criticism of TPTB or of the team is unwarranted, but some folks just like to be uber negative and it's rather off-putting.

That sunny side of the field kills the crowd participation.

The stadium should have had a modern design for Santa Clara.
Couple times a year we get these whiny post. Lol

Jed literally recycled a stadium that was designed to go into candlestick. Then they went and built it facing the wrong direction so the sun hit its wall of glass in afternoon games. My favorite part was how he publiically fought with Harbaugh about were to put the home side because Jed wanted them directly in that sun.

Mods, if you want to lock this thread or ban me, I understand. But I need to air this out there. This fanbase is a joke. I'm not even mad at the team or coaching staff after this loss. This was all on typical bad luck on our side, good luck on their side, and a boneheaded play by Cannon. Jimmy is who he is, showed that today and it's why we have been limited on offense.

But this fanbase pisses me off. First half when we were dominating them, we were louder than the 12's, but the moment things started not going our way the announcers started clowning on our lack of home field advantage. Unacceptable, but it is what is. What is most egregious are the onslaught of the most ignorant, idiotic and a just downright awful comments made here and elsewhere on social media, particularly when it comes to the takes on Shanahan. He didn't have a perfect game, but WHAT DO YOU EXPECT WHEN JIMMY IS WHO HE IS AND ON TOP OF THAT HE GETS INJURED. Then when Trey comes in, everyone all up and thinks he must light it up and score like he's Mahomes with little to no preparation for taking over. What do yall expect? After he settled down, he made some good plays out there.

This fanbase is freaking toxic. It's why other fanbases clown on us. They call us the "Forty Whiners", and it is well deserved. All whining and moaning and calling to fire people left and right, with total lack of perspective or nuance.

I'm sure as hell glad yall aren't the GM/owner. If you were, we'd be worse than the 0-16 Lions/Browns teams. FACT!

Faithful, my ass. yall need to do better

Our crowds are they same as they have been through good years. There isn't a marked difference. It's just as loud now as it was at Candlestick. I haven't seen a single sushi bar. It's all just nonsense.

The only difference between Levi's and Candlestick is the heat.

Lol wut. Candlestick noise and crowd enthusiasm takes a giant dump on Levi's. It's not even close.

Ive had season tickets for almost 3 decades. Been going to games even longer than that. It's absolutely close.

Three decades is a long time for ear wax to accumulate. Have you had them cleaned out lately?

Ha!

The difference in crowd is very minimal. When we have been good, Levi's is on fire. When we suck, its the same as it was when we sucked at Candlestick.

Yesterday was the first game where I went to Levi's sober. I thought being sober would help with the heat because I hate being drunk in the sun. It definitely helped, but was still hot af. 1st quarter was manageable but by 2-230pm I had to get out of the sun for a bit.
I do think it's the damn glass from the suites reflecting additional heat.

Thanks for taking a joke. Maybe since you are a season ticket holder, your "ear" isn't as in tune with it. I'm only able to go to games 1-2 times per year, and normally they are big(ger) games. I'm not just referring to crowd noise either, I'm also talking about the intensity of fans, willingness to stay in seats and not miss the action, cheer loudly even if things aren't going well, etc. Candlestick was just more of a blue collar crowd, where Levi's is white collar. Still "fans," of course, but the fans at Levi's are soft. Lol.
