Just lead 3 straight games of 7 pts 1st half…sounds like a $100M QB to me

You have a dilemma. You love Lance and want him played now, but your lord and savior Kyle is adamant on sticking with Jimmy. How do you reconcile this.

Would be stupid to stick with Trey with a healthy Jimmy G.

Why? Jimmy has been one of the worst 5-10 QBs in the league this year. I'm not sure why it makes sense to go back to a guy that wasn't playing well, wasn't winning games, and wasn't going to even get us to the playoffs. If we're going to lose either way, might as well lose while developing our QB of the future.

Because the defense is that bad?
Or is that what you're hoping for in order to squash any Lance possibilities for the rest of the season?
You've already started making excuses just in case Trey has a good game.
It's pretty transparent where you stand.

Hmm, maybe the league's leading receiver?
wow, everything is set up for a blowout...at least we got nothing to lose!

Trey goes 18-26 for 290 yards with 3 td's, 2 passing 1 rushing.

Deebo and Aiyuk will have huge games just watch.

Yeah and playing football games gets him better. Let's stop acting like this team has Brett Favre as the vet QB.

Yeah seriously what has JG done that's so great to keep this kid on the bench? Kid needs to play and start his development now. He's not learning much from watching Garoppolo being very average out there.

Yeah, but it's going to be tough to stay the starter with Kyle all up sucking on Jimmy's cock.

. . . . . .

He's simply giving you a veteran player take at this stage of the season. Veterans aren't stupid. Trey could pull this off but they still will know it might not be because he's ready to carry the game plan every week going forward. They also know things will be limited and learning = mistakes. Mistakes cost you games.

If you disagree with that, cool.

It's still a win-win for me because he's getting real game experience here and tape and an opportunity to grow.

Dude again no vet signed a massive contract because it gave them a chance to play with Jimmy G…davis is a dummy.

Jimmy makes the same damn mistakes he made since say one…let's stop acting like he's some pro-bowl caliber QB.

I don't think Lance is gonna play great today, there's no reason why he should imo. Dude has got next to nothing in development and hasn't played real football since 2019. Still if he goes out and plays good football, you can't just go back to lame duck Jimmy just because.

That would make too much sense though......doubt it. Shanny is gonna give sanu 15 targets today.
Have to run for 150 at least if we're going to win.

I'm hoping for a W, but not expecting one. Need to prepare myself for disappointment today. As long as Lance gets his reps right? Thats what everyone wants

Thats not gonna happen, unless its Trey doing the running. AZ is gonna stack the box like SEA and GB did. We don't have Mostert who can zip through an opening. If we are gonna win this game, IF, Trey is gonna have to use his arm and run a little. My concern is Chandler Jones and Watt.

We have to contain the midget II. We're going to have to match them score by score and who ever has the ball last, will probably win.

I believe, collectively with Trey, we can easily surpass that number. I think with Trey's legs and big arm it could be the key to opening up the run game.

Shanahan should give him a few keepers early on combined with a couple playaction bootleg plays to hopefully get those pass rushers gassed and to open up the middle of the field more. AZ's biggest threat on defense is their pass rush. The key to the game on offense is to find ways to eliminate that one strength and then exploit their weakness.
