Who gets fired first, Kyle or John?

Kyle ain't going anywhere. Get use to it people. We are screwed for the forseeable future.

It's clear that Kyle was not - and still is not - ready to be a HC in the NFL. He ascended because playcallers were in high demand following the success of McVay with the Rams, but Kyle doesn't possess the same qualities that make McVay successful. Given we are in year 5 now, it looks like Kyle won't learn or change here.

Didn't Shanny just get an extension?! What a mistake

9ers need to be big time sellers at the trade deadline. If these two want to keep their jobs, it's time to admit the mistake that is this year ASAP and send some big contracts elsewhere.

Good points. I also think Kyle needs to surround himself with other established coaches. We're the only team in the league with assistant coaches no ones ever heard of!

Hopefully both get fired at the same time, but if I had to pick...I would pick Shanahan! The coaching staff he arranged is absolute garbage, and Lynch has nothing to do with that!

Yup. Poor coaching and no veteran leadership. Buckner and Staley were the heart and soul of this team.

Upgrade the DC is #1 priority if shanalynch wants to stay. Bring in an experience guy -- "advisor" "special assistant" what ever -- to change defensive looks and coach up coverage ideas. Find tacklers and draft them.

They are both garbage. But the real problem starts at the top. As in higher than them.

I hope we lose to the jags, so they both get fired in the lockeroom. Lynch can go hanc out with Brady and bucks. And Shanahan can go vacation on the Florida beaches.
