Who gets fired first, Kyle or John?

  • Acquire a franchise QB
  • Develop a franchise QB
  • Build an effective secondary
  • Develop CBs
  • Build an effective OL
  • Develop a pass rush (except for 2019)
  • Draft effectively
  • Produce more than 1 winning season
  • Draft a starting WR other than Deebo after spending around 8 picks on WRs

This is true. There is no excuse for all of that.

He's been awful. One playoff season in 5 years here is unacceptable.

Thing is when he has a fully functional squad his team can beat the best and be the best. This season Mostert going down was a huge for the offense, not to mention Elijah Mitchell had some injuries. And with that said, thinking about it the offense isn't the one that's even been the bigger problem.

Using Tomsula or Chip Kelly as a measuring stick can be hardly considered a compliment.

Perfect post. If you don't count Aiyuk, Kinlaw, and Lance as draft hits (jury still being out) , then they are 3 of 18 since 2017 on picks in the top 4 rounds. Abysmal.

Well that just goes to show you that it's hard to find a good head coach. Will you guys ever be happy??

Them passing on Gilmore when they have Norman as a starting CB is grounds to be fired in itself. Gilmore would have improved this team drastically. Apparently an all-pro CB is not a good fit when we have Josh Norman as our #1 CB.
