Them passing on Gilmore when they have Norman as a starting CB is grounds to be fired in itself. Gilmore would have improved this team drastically. Apparently an all-pro CB is not a good fit when we have Josh Norman as our #1 CB.

Forget Norm...

All you need to do is think how Shanny used the media that are like the coins in his pocket to blame Grappy for the SB loss and allow every FOLLOWERS of his to only see the missed long throw instead of WHY he abandoned the running game......

or what about not being 100% on Grappy but yet chose to stick with him instead of Tom Brady in order to keep the blame on Grappy if he continues to show that he is NOT a good HC as many made him to be..
I hope we lose to the jags, so they both get fired in the lockeroom. Lynch can go hanc out with Brady and bucks. And Shanahan can go vacation on the Florida beaches.

He needs to go to a psychiatrist. He's a narcissist and will never succeed as HC if he doesn't get that under control.

Mark my words, the stories that are gonna come out of players once his gone, are gonna be juicy.

Hmm, let's see....

Lynch has missed on a lot of draft picks. Not sure you can wholly blame him for that though. There does seem to be a trend of drafting players that don't quite fit the scheme, which points to a disconnect between coaching and Lynch. But it's hard to say who is at fault.

Shannahan is responsible for not having his team ready to play week after week. Players making too many mental mistakes. Most importantly, he failed to replace Saleh with a competent DC. Our defense is horrible. Offense flashes potential, but play calling is questionable at times and players making mental mistakes. That is all on Kyle.

I doubt Kyle gets fired though (yet). I think DC Ryans get's the axe at the end of this season.

Whomever the moron responsible for scouting and drafting the likes of Pettis, Hurd, Banks, Thomas, Foster, Joe Williams, Witherspoon, Sermon, McGlinchey, Wishnowsky, and Beathard should be shown the door. All drafted in top 4 rounds, none are Pro Bowlers, very few are even serviceable NFL players, and some are out of the league. This is the primary reason we suck. 11 picks in the top four rounds that have turned out to be steaming bags of s**t. Sure we hit on 5th rounders, swell. When you screw up the easy ones because you can't evaluate talent is how you get 4 out 5 losing seasons and no direction. I swear the WZ would made better picks......... Yeah, I said it.

Ryan's should of never been hired. Was plenty of experienced d coordinators to hire and we go with a guy with no experience and SB aspirations. I hope they regroup this over season and make some difficult decisions to turn this thing around.
There is zero chance Kyle gets fired this year. He gets a year with Trey. So, the question is, will Lynch get fired this year? I do not think he will.

On to next year:
A) If Kyle does well he is not getting fired. Lynch might, for a variety of different, possible reasons.
B) If Kyle does poorly, he may get fired. Lynch certainly will be fired.

On to the following year:
C) If the team makes the playoffs, Kyle will get another year. Lynch might get fired, for a variety of different, possible reasons.
D) C does not occur. Both Kyle and Lynch are shown the door.

So, in no scenario do I see Kyle being shown the door before Lynch. I can imagine a myriad of scenarios where Lynch is shown the door first, though. Therefore, I vote Lynch.
They are both garbage. But the real problem starts at the top. As in higher than them.
Kyle has 4 years after this year remaining on his contract. Lynch has 3 years. That's a lot of money to eat after they just got done paying off Kelly for 2 years of his contract. The exact amount that they are getting isn't known but estimates are somewhere between $6-10 million per year. So that would add up to something over $50 million. Then they have to find a new GM and a new HC with no guaranty that either will be an improvement.

This is an easy decision for the fans but not so easy for the owner. Our opinions don't cost us anything. If we're wrong nobody cares.
Well, it's like this.

Fire Shanahan if he's not willing to let a new GM do his job.

Fire Lynch if the guy we replace him with will have control of this team.
