I believe its time to move on to another Head coach. I think Shenanigans is a sinking ship. Besides Kyle may not want to be here any longer.

This is Kyle's best chance at a head coaching gig besides a last-place team. So he has to make it work. Which doesn't mean he will

I think we are missing talent. The players we drafted aren't really developing. Aiyuk is one I really have in mind! I convinced myself he would be a force this year and Debo would be his Robin.

Losing JV so early was a big blow to our defense. So I already new there will be some major issues on defense when that happened.

Then offense losing so many RBs and having to use guys off the street, was gonna be a major problem. Especially when this OL was still very questionable, which is putting it nicely right now.

Then the draft class being bad this year, and the players from last year have barely done anything.

Lastly, Jimmy is who we thought he was.

When a team starts tumbling like this one is, it's rarely because of one thing. Too many key players missing. Not enough quality depth. A QB that's not improving. A passing game that isn't very imaginative. Questionable coaching at the player level not s much just the HC. They either aren't drafting well or they're not coaching them up.

Well, can we be honest, the personnel isn't good. They traded away DeForest Buckner, and they haven't replaced him. Thus the defensive line is mediocre. They let Emmanuel Sanders go, and NO, Aiyuk hasn't replaced him. The drafts have been weak. And now we don't have any draft picks till 2024 because of drafting a QB who YEARS away from being good.

Going late rounds every year on guard and corners has really screwed us. Banks and Thomas were both drafted this year for positions of need and neither has contributed anything as rookies.

Give the defense time to gel with a new DC and give Trey time to get up to speed. I think we should use the pass to open up the run. We did that last night and it worked well. I think we should occasionally challenge deep downfield to get the D off the LOS.

Also with all our pre-snap motion not sure why we don't get the ball to Deebo and have him pass. The Pats have been doing this for 20+ years and it works, our boy Kendrick Borne threw a TD pass yesterday wide open free points.

Head Couch and GM are a package deal. I think if one goes they both go. If something happen where GM walks away that is the only couch should stay. I getting to where 5 yr in I think they probably need to make a change and get a strong GM then let him pick the couch.

yes we have deficiencies but every team does. However not every team loses bc of these elite and great players missing close games. Sure the coaching wasn't great but what's KC's excuse on offense.

Does Seattle suck bc of RW and Carson out? Please.

Didn't the colts have both starting DBs out and their FS out for the season too? We didn't go at them at all. I saw a lot of Jimmy double clutching and getting stuffed.
