It's not just the coaches I mean either.
Lynch is a a nice guy promo person but is he a GM?
What about senior players he let go or would not bring in?
When he is the smartest person in the room he will be kept busy with loser folks telling him how great he is and at the same time will be distracted from finding the talent and pieces he needs to actually realize that genius status.

The day after the team had lost 30-18 in their 4th L in row, and to the Colts no less where 3 of them were at home. They were in disarray and the looked like a kid who's bag of lollies was taken away.

Boy am I happy to eat lots of crow on this though. And I am still cheering them on even though it looked fatal to me at the time.

Maybe something changed. Maybe injured players came back. Maybe the resolve of the staff and team and they had a meeting of the minds. Maybe the play book was altered to give JG the best chance without the spectre of Trey on him. I don't know or care. I am just happy some stuff came our way and here we are.
