Pocket QBs don't get injured at a higher clip even though the data we have recently shows such.
There is no danger at all as a QB when you cant really move out of the pocket.

175 yds, 1 td, 1 INT against a D that couldn't get out of its own way.
He also had 100 yards rushing and a rushing TD. The int was basically a desperation throw after the game was over. He looked accurate and wasn't holding onto the ball like he has in the past.
