Continuing to start Jimmy at this point makes less than no sense. Jimmy won't be good enough against the Rams. Need to get Trey up to speed. Trade Jimmy knucklehead Lynch.
If Jimmy won't be good enough against the Ram, Trey will be worse. Guaranteed.

Jimmy is the QB until another injury or SF is eliminated from playoff contention.

Struggling Jimmy is still > Trey right now.

Facts be facts.

Anyone who thinks this team is making the playoffs should try watching the team. We may not be mathematically eliminated yet, but we aren't making the playoffs. Jimmy won't be here next year. So every game they play Jimmy, trying to pump up his trade stock, is another game we will have to live through Trey's growing pains. Why not get those out of the way THIS year so we at least have hope going into next season? If next season is the year to get reps, grow and learn, then we have to wait till 2023? Again, just to make Jimmy look good? WTF????

the 49ers are a business. a team's goal is to make profits. a team makes more profits if it makes the playoffs. if the math still shows that playoffs are possible, that's the goal. fans' opinions about whether or not it's a playoff team matter not.

All NFL teams/owners make huge ginormous profits every year regardless if they make the playoffs or even win a single game.

By all means, look it up. You seem to have forgotten what it means.

Because If Trey was ready and a better option than Jimmy, he'd be starting.

But he's not, so he's not.

FACT.

We can beat these guys. We need a clean outing from jimmy and no pi from the d. I know that is asking a lot but I feel good about our chances.

With the midget and Watt out - I don't see this as asking too much for our chances.

No Murray and no Watt
Feels like the playoffs start early this year we need every game at this point LFG

Why is there a field outside their stadium with the Giants logo?

Picture was taken in 2008 during Super bowl 42, Giants vs Patriots

And that grass field is retractable, it's just getting some nice sun there.

With all the injuries we have suffered, major injuries to elite players that would've easily gotten us some wins, hopefully the Rams will be resting their players week 18 so we get a free win into the playoffs. After all, the Rams keep playing teams without their best players and squeaking by because of it. This week they get to play the Titans without Derrick Henry or Julio Jones? They played the Buccaneers without their secondary as well as Antonio Brown and Gronkowski and the list goes on and on and on.

I'm sure we may have to play the Cards with Hopkins and Murray with our luck. We've beat them before with second string and third string players so we can probably do it again it just gets old

Danielle Hunter, the Vikings best pass rusher, just got put on IR with a torn pec. Mike Zimmers defense doesn't work with without the pass rusher, nevermind that he can't really blitz with no corners. Asking Kirk Cousins to carry a bad/mediocre defense is asking to lose your job.

Didn't MIA bench Fitz while they were still in the playoffs?

NFC is top heavy right now. Because of this were only a half game out of the playoffs right now which feels unreal.

You watch the Vikings and Panthers? Those are the two other teams right now that we're trying to keep up with.

If we can get healthy, I think there's a legit chance they get a wild card spot. They play the Vikings as well, that could be a big game.

Panthers need to play TB2x, Saints, AZ, Bills, and NE this upcoming week.

Vikings got GB2x, Baltimore, LAC, LAR, and SF.

Just win baby!

I like the sound of this, but there's a lot of big IF's in between these lines. Trust me I've been on the faithful side, it's nothing but heartbreak.

Did you see the way our defense played last Sunday? We're sooo luckily we played the Bears.
