Did you see the way our defense played last Sunday? We're sooo luckily we played the Bears.
A lot of bad defensive play in the NFL on Sunday. They're gonna have to score points to make it go this yr.
But yes a lot of IF's, which also goes for every team just as well
Would be nice if we could get Greenlaw back on defense.

We could easily be undefeated right now if we didn't f**k ourselves over so much.
this game is winnable for sure, keep the comeback coming. LFG!!!

don't know if id say undefeated, but I'd say we could have a winning record and competing for the division if we didn't keep losing the games ourselves.
you'd think this team never played together before this season the way the mistakes are happening.

This game looked like a sure loss to me just a week ago but now it could be winnable. Last week they lost J. J. Watt so their pass rush isn't as good. Murray and Hopkins are both banged up. The Niners ar egoing to get Kittle back and Aiyuk looks like he's getting back in the picture. This game is winnable if everything falls our way.

I wonder if missing Greenlaw has led to Warner trying to do too much, leading to him not being as effective as he can be. Groins are tricky so the patient approach is the correct one for Greenlaw.

I'm thinking the lack of Greenlaw is opening the running lanes for opposing teams.

Arizona's game plan will be to run up the middle on our soft D everytime. Then test our crappy secondary with deep play action

Continuing to start Jimmy at this point makes less than no sense. Jimmy won't be good enough against the Rams. Need to get Trey up to speed. Trade Jimmy knucklehead Lynch.
If Jimmy won't be good enough against the Ram, Trey will be worse. Guaranteed.
Jimmy is the QB until another injury or SF is eliminated from playoff contention.
Struggling Jimmy is still > Trey right now.
Facts be facts.
Anyone who thinks this team is making the playoffs should try watching the team. We may not be mathematically eliminated yet, but we aren't making the playoffs. Jimmy won't be here next year. So every game they play Jimmy, trying to pump up his trade stock, is another game we will have to live through Trey's growing pains. Why not get those out of the way THIS year so we at least have hope going into next season? If next season is the year to get reps, grow and learn, then we have to wait till 2023? Again, just to make Jimmy look good? WTF????
the 49ers are a business. a team's goal is to make profits. a team makes more profits if it makes the playoffs. if the math still shows that playoffs are possible, that's the goal. fans' opinions about whether or not it's a playoff team matter not.
All NFL teams/owners make huge ginormous profits every year regardless if they make the playoffs or even win a single game.
Didn't MIA bench Fitz while they were still in the playoffs?
and proceeded to miss the playoffs after the switch.
i want to see Hufanga blitz kyler!

If we're playing a Cards team without JJ and without Kyler, I'm really gonna get my hopes up that we can win, get to .500, and put ourselves back into the lead for the last playoff spot.

Didnt we once have like a three year streak of no rushers over 100 yds or something way back in the bell cow days of the 90's?
I think the same is true this year ironically but its run by commitee + their QB

Myself, my brothers, and cousins are flying in to attend this game. Super excited as this will only be my 2nd time at Levi's and first for some in the group.
Any tips on pre or post game areas to hang out? We're staying about a mile from the Stadium.
