I have a problem with this thread from the title on
this isn't a simple answer.
no we are not loosing because of the coaches.
first why talk with a general sentence : the coaches.
Then unfortunately it is far more than « the coaches »
let's talk about the owners. I just posted there
let's talk about the inexperience of our GM even 4+ years in the job. Already posted
let's talk about our HC stubbornness. Already posted
let's talk about the training staff. Oh boy please dont bring me to that subject anymore…
let's talk about the lack of consistency and football awareness of some of our players
let's talk about many things that we probably underestimate.
we're in a shlthole and not ready to get out of it with our « superbowl ready » team 😂🤣🤬🤮

After this week, I truly believe coaching is the problem.

Yes please!
so we're going back to 3-4?
There isnt the caliber of players that we had in 2019 for the wide 9 too. Getting blown up in the run is not fun to watch.

IMO the biggest issue with this team is that they are trying to rebuild AND contend at the same time.
Maybe Kyle's ego is so big that he thinks they can contend with mediocre talent- clearly they can not.
We are 2 maybe 3 years away from competing, so manage the roster accordingly. It is mind blowing that a last place team continues to give Dre Kirkpatrick reps, and not the two rookie CB's.
Without a 1st round pick for the next two years, it will be hard to fill the glaring needs on the OL and in the secondary.
They can use some of ex-QB Jimmy G's 20million plus to sign proven FA's

I love this.
Who are you replacing him with?
Fans love to fire/cut people but rarely have a solution in mind. At least one that makes sense.
I use to be general manager for a dealership and we had this one guy in the parts/service department who would piss off at least one customer a week. It was so bad that when another employee would come in and say there is an upset customer on the phone, we knew who it was about. As a matter of fact he's the only employee that we ever got calls about.
I begged the owner to let me fire him but she would say " But if we fire him who are we going to get to replace him?"
Never was able to fire him and there's no telling how much business was lost due to him.
Bottom line, it's bad for any business to retain a F up because they are scared they can't find someone better.
I believe you give any coach, player a shot to do their jobs but Kyle's had enough time and a pattern is forming, and that pattern is not good.
He does not even acknowledge he is a large part of the problem and is unwilling to adapt or remedy the problems.

You can preach and stress ball security, especially after the first fumble. I never see KS jumping on guys to step it up. The most discipline I've seen during a game is him benching Norman, which was the right move.
The only other discipline we see is doghouse discipline, that from the outside at least, has no rhyme or reason.
That`s Kyle ego putting Wideouts in his personal doghouse just because they not playing the way he thinks they should BASED on him being a scrub wideout in college played or lack of playing
That seemed like that was the case early this year...but when you have Aiyuk actually owning up to him half assing it in practice and saying it clicked for him after talking it through with Kyle and it looks like he's well on his way to earning those reps again. Then you have Pettis admitting that he wasn't showing enough in practice and had to grow up a bit with the Giants.
Then maybe there is something to it?
My biggest question is if Kyle is in charge of getting the groceries for this team then why do we keep adding guys who struggle to practice properly and somehow need to be put in the doghouse? Cuz if Aiyuk is a success story(still remains to be seen) and Pettis is a fail. That's not a great process to invest high picks on guys you have to "test" with tough love.
Most were surprised by the Aaron Banks pick because he didn't seem to fit the scheme but Kyle obviously drafted him. Now he's inactive almost every game. Sermon trade up...he's back inactive. Thomas and Lenoir not playing.
I'm not calling these guys a bust or anything like that but clearly the team isn't the 2019 version and it's not like we can't use help. Why did we take these guys so high when they're not even ready to play?
All great points genus49.

i knew the problem was coaching after the third game. not being ready to play the packers cinched it for me. i congratulated them on the bears win but i also figured it was a one hit wonder and we would go back to our old ways at home. the home record is pathetic. not having the team ready to play again is pathetic. done with injury excuses. done with. would you rather have chip and jt back. done with seeing this regime over value our players. draft poorly and give terrible contracts out to people like ford and signing crap like the jet. the bears game only showed that we are below average and can compete with below average but we are out matched and out coached and out gm owned by average to elite teams. oh i am done with.. but but. if we dump kyle. he will have a job in ten seconds. who playing qb has never been and never will be the biggest issues for this team./ i feel sorry for whoever the qb is. they do not have a good head coach. we are coached poorly across the board. bosa was right on target with his comments yesterday. under kyle over all with the exception of one long ago forgotten season that will never never return. all we are under kyle is a team that finds ways to lose winnable games.. oh i am done with.. we should be 5-2 or we lead the league in moral wins garbage.

1-In the Detroit game they almost blew it.
2-In the Indianapolis game we lost to a dome team under heavy rain after starting 9-0 and they didn´t have their best WR.
3-1st Arizona game the offensive gameplan with Lance was laughable.
4-2nd Arizona game we lost to Colt McCoy and the offense only moved the ball consistently after the score was 31-7.
-The team is stil injury prone.
-Secondary is garbage because the HC and FO don´t care about it.
-It doesn´t seem they have a plan for Lance.
-The team lacks motivation.
-The draft class is being red shirted for unknown reasons.
Yeah I´d say that the main problem is coaching.

We beat the Rams, Cards and lost to Seattle by 3 with Mullens/Beathard at QB last year, we also had more injuries than now.
I really can't call it, but it seems that everyone from top to bottom (owner, staff, players) has a hand in it.
Execution and coaching flat out stinks right now.

Maybe that's what the team thought too. Hard to blame them for thinking it'd be an easy win and relaxing when our fanbase did the same.
