Shanahan isn't going anywhere. They gave him a big extension. But he does need to step away from personnel. He can be A voice but not THE voice when making player moves. Lynch needs to be 100% in charge or bump him up and make Peters the GM. Either way Shanahan just gets to coach.

The question that people need to ask. Who drafted what player? Did Kyle really want Trey Sermon? Why is he not playing? Did he want Aaron Banks? Or were those picks from Lynch and Peters?
If Kyle picked them, then why the f**k arent they playing? And if he didn't pick them, then I guess it makes sense.

Kyle has a no offset clause in his contract. the Yorks aren't eating Kyle's contract. he'll be given another year because of the Trey Lance investment. Lynch will be the scapegoat. i expect him to fired at season's end barring unexpected developments that may arise in the meantime.
