And, putting the starting QB on death row put the whole team in psychological limbo. Waiting for the change, players playing at their worst. We're going to be bad for a long time. Should Shanalynch be made to serve out the next two years for their punishment? Who of value would coach/GM the Niners without first rounders?

I'd keep Greenlaw but the guy was constantly hurt in college and has missed games every year he's been on the niners
The Chiefs burned the 49ers twice: 1) Super Bowl, and 2) Dee Ford. They are both extremely painful.

The only one I would really disagree with would be Greenlaw. He's still real young

Shon Coleman isn't on the roster, he was waived off IR earlier this season with an injury settlement, same with Tim Harris. Also Kendricks was cut.

Of the guys you list, I'd keep Trey, Mitchell, Hasty, Sermon, Juice, Deebo, Aiyuk, Jennings, Kittle, Woerner, Mack, Brunskill, Laken, Trent, McGlinchey, Moore, Banks, Armstead, Bosa, Ebukam, Key, Willis, Omenihu, Kinlaw, Street, Givens, Hurst, Jones, Greenlaw, Warner, Al-Shaair, Moseley, Ambry, Lenoir, K'Waun, Ward, Hufanga, Moore, Gould, Wish, & Pepper, so that's 41 players I'd keep around for 2022 and possibly beyond as core players.

I'd jettison the following, Jimmy, Sudfeld, Mostert, Cannon, Hurd, Compton, Harris, D.Johnson, Norman, Kirkpatrick, Tartt, & Wilson.

Unsure of the following, J.Wilson, Sanu, Sherfield, Brendel, Skule, Dee, Flannigan-Fowles.

Verrett?

Forgot Verrett, meant to list him as players to jettison as well.

So now that the team is losing it's partly because Jimmy was put on "death row". What happened to the narrative that it would light a fire under Jimmy and he would have a big year?

Not bad AB. I'm not sure how you don't have Ebukam as a player to get rid of. Whatever we are paying him is too much. He is not a pass rusher. Time to cut bait on Street, Givens, and K'waun Williams as well. I'd give JV a cheap deal to rehab and see if he can come back. The guy turned down multi year deal to stay here. Let's show him some love. I'd give Mostert a cheap deal as well. .

I'd add Sherfield, Mckivitz, Hasty, and Jennings to the 50/50 list

I just like Ebukam & K'Waun, I agree Ebukam isn't cheap, maybe we get him to redo his deal, we'll see, as for KW, I think he's still a top 5 slot CB.

As for Sherfield, McKivitz, & Jennings I just feel they have too much potential, as for Hasty, I have him under tender or reserve/future deal to battle, no guarantee he makes it, I'd keep Mitchell, Wilson, & Sermon over Hasty. I'm not saying make Sherfield and/or Jennings WR3, but WR4-5 is good for them IMO, plus Sherfield is a hell of a gunner.
As for Verrett, Idk, I'm a bit tired of re-signing him, for him to just get hurt, we signed him in 2019, he gets hurt quickly, done for season, 2020 he played nearly every game, people say multi year deal, up to $10M a yr, I said hell no, no one is giving him that, 2021 plays 1 game, if it's vet minimum then ok, but nothing more than that.
