They have 2 very good WRs and a QB that isn't afraid to throw it all over the field, and one of the best RBs in the game.

Key to this game is gonna TOP. Niners offense needs to show up again and keep the ball away from them as much as possible.

When we beat them in the playoffs in 2019 they had Diggs, Theilen, and Cook… I agree that Jefferson > Diggs but Theilen isn't as good as he was then.

My point is that they've had good offensive teams for years, they lack consistency on defense and have a QB prone to make back-breaker type plays but generally plays very well.

To be fair we also had a well rested and much better pass rush to counter all those guys. Better run D as well.

The 49ers are a run first team, that doesn't mean they are a good rushing team. They have to run first because Garoppolo is no Aaron Rodgers. They need to get him open, easy throws. They do that by running until the opponents get lazy and Garoppolo steals an easy one. Their entire plan is to lie to you, me, everyone on TV and everyone on twitter as loudly as they can, shouting: "we'Re A grEaT RUnnING TEam!!! PLEAZE BelEAVE US!!!"
Their only trick is Deebo Samuel – handing off to him, routes out of the backfield, regular routes – he's really good. Without that, they are just grinding away their own possessions.
How to Beat the 49ers
The Vikings must not fall for the lie that the 49ers are a good running team and give Jimmy Garoppolo nothing. Other than Deebo Samuel that is, if he's in the backfield, pay attention.

No question our running game hasn't been as dominant as it was with Mostert BUT Mitchell is averaging 4.8 YPC. Saying we don't have a good running game is like saying Vikings don't have a good one with Cook averaging 4.6 YPC.

Hopefully Mitchell is able to suit up for this one and keeps balling.

But there's no question we don't want to see Jimmy throwing the ball 30+ times in a game. That's not a recipe for our success....at least it limits that success considerably.
