SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS at SEATTLE SEAHAWKS - 2021 Game 12

This game showed me the coach in fact is nothing able to pull this team together. When things go wrong or unexpectedly he doesn't know what to do. I mean use a damn timeout gather your team and get them focused but nope. He just froze and became predictable as he does when his plan doesn't work. He can't adjust on the fly. Seahawks are not good but that damn coach knows how to coach on the fly.
I can truly say I detest Seahawks more than I did Dallas when I was a kid. Losing 16 of the last 20 is complete domination by Seattle and I almost puke saying it. This organization will not dominate with a coach that can't roll with the punches and adapt in the fly. Regardless of the talent on the team.

Plenty of coaches would accept a job that will up their annual salary 4,5,6,7x; however, Kyle has 2 years before he might be on the hot seat with management. Next year he gets a pass because Trey is a rookie starter, year 2 Kyle has to show progress w/ Trey @ QB and a better record than year 1 w/ Trey or he could start to feel the heat from the York's.

Also depends on how they draft and F/A acquisitions. We need 1 star,Sherman tank corner not named Verrett, 10 solid corners (add sarcasm here) to rotate out every week since we loose 1 per game for 3-4 games, and resign JV to league minimum for a total of 12.

Based on your logic is like if the sales managers of a company perform poorly, the company is making losses, the shares plummet and you are telling me is not the CEO's fault, is the sales managers. Is totally meaningless to say which player did this and that, at the end of the day Shanahan is the head coach and the buck stops with him. It is that simple!!

OK, but as of right now we are in the playoffs. So the "company" isn't "making losses". So the CEO needs to keep working.
