we are just an average team and in my opinion.... average can not be so arrogant to assume you can beat bad teams.. you must have missed the arrogance of the seattle pre game thread.. we were supposed to win. some thought we would blow them out just due to records. in my opinion we constructed our own coffin with bad play early in the year. which we reverted to. predictably , in my opinion. vs seattle

i have been critical of kyle alot but last weekend.... you go talk to the special teams guy. and jimmy and all of the guys who killed us with penalties

agree. but i stand by my statement we are only an average team who will end up at 500. and i do not want us in the playoffs vs a number one seed. and cc said nothing wrong.. we constructed our own coffin and no one should be shocked we lost last sunday

I just don't understand why you are actively rooting against being 1 and done in the playoffs which I agree is likely. But with no first round pick I certainly do not want to make the Dolphins first round pick any better because of some Uber macho thought that losing in the playoffs is worst than not even making it there.

its abundantly clear Deebo is our MVP, if he runs plays in that sea game we woulda won. I hope hes healthy enough for Sunday

Funny cause in all the other threads Shanny had the team with a weak mindset because he was giving Seattle credit. Now all of the sudden the team took Seattle lightly.

It won't be pretty but it may not be ugly if our pass rush shows up. As good as Cinci is in terms of their firepower on offense their pass pro has been an issue. If our DL can play similar to how they played vs Seattle it will give us a chance. The guys in the secondary just better keep their hands to themselves unless they truly feel they're gonna be burned bad.

Nothing more frustrating than seeing DBs draw PI flags on plays where the ball likely doesn't actually get to the receiver.

But to say that we better have our s**t figured out on offense is an understatement. Cannot have stupid penalties, cannot have turnovers and we have to get TDs in bunches to pull this one out. If we score under 24 points I think we're flying back with a loss.

The best defense is a good offense that keeps the opposing offense off the field. We didn't see many defensive lapses during the three-game win streak because opposing offenses rarely saw the field. Not with those successful eight minute "massage ball" offensive drives the 49ers were executing.

If the 49ers can get back to that type of a gameplan, I think the team has a chance

In spite of Deebo being our MVP, we absolutely should have won the Seattle game without him.
