Play smart football and we should win

We can't afford to lose this game. Too many 6-7 teams can jump us.

I think we take this one boys, my guess is a closer game than what others expect. 27-21 to the good guys. Pitts I think has a big game as the Falcons get him in favorable positions while we limit Patterson's impact. Moving to 8-6 would be awesome and a big confidence booster heading to Tennessee on a short week.

Lol, name a TE that had a big game against our defense this year? Pitts ain't gon do s**t.

Who's getting the pick 6 off Matty Ice in this one? My bet is on Fred.

Fred is definitely due bc you know damn well that it's not going to be our cbs or safeties (Sorry Ward)

Frank Gore > Hill, Sermon and Wilson.
I Said this earlier in the thread and it is true. Gore is better than any back on the roster except for Mitchell and he cannot seem to stay healthy. Yet we keep signing guys who wouldn't be allowed to Carry Gore's bags. He has said several times he would come back to the niners if called. Also says he is in excellent shape. If you are this thin at back and truly serious about making a playoff run then you would make that call.

And Gore would bring additional leadership to the offense and team that they desperately need. Could really help us finish the year strong.
31-20 good guys
Anyone have a clue yet which falcon players are out due to Covid?? Or is the NFL all the sudden keeping that quiet now that it could benefit the 49ers.

As usual none of that will matter. Remember against the Seahawks their D was complete trash coming in?

there is a real big problem and it's getting in our own way
I have this gut feeling that we are going to come out and clobber them. I just have this feeling that our team is really motivated for this game and also motivated to get Kyle a win against his old team, especially after that 2019 loss.

Never forget Jerry Glanville

That was one of the worst niner game memories ever. Ended up costing them a playoff spot despite being the hottest team down the stretch
That one was definitely a killer. I hated the 2-legit-2-quit crap too. They lost some real head- scratchers that year too (LA Raiders, Minn. and @ NO come to mind).

Yeah it was a shame they blew so many games early because Bono really started to get into a groove and no one wanted them to get into the playoffs and have to face them
