Nedney would be my favorite kicker and Barton my favorite T. Guess I'm unsure on a punter, but other than that, you nailed it!

QB - John Brodie (Y. A. Tittle is in the HOF but mostly for his accomplishments after the trade to the NY Giants)
RB - Hugh McElhenny (Barry Sanders before Barry Sanders)
FB - Joe Perry - (was he better than Jim Brown? a victim of EC media bias)
TE - Ted Kwalick (h/t John David Crow - also power RB)
WR - R. C. Owens (Alley Oop)
OT - Bob St. Clair (just take that steak from the fridge and put it on my plate)
OG - Howard Mudd (became a great OL coach)
C - Forrest Blue (great poignant story of his life - https://www.sactownmag.com/the-hollow-man/ lengthy read but well worth it)

DE - Cedrick (Nasty) Hardman
DT - Leo Nomelini (HOF played both ways)
DT - Charlie Krueger (spit and mud) (sorry, OP, can't leave him off)
ILB - Dave Wilcox (no one hit harder, not even Nitschke)
LB - Skip Vanderbundt (gotta include Howard Cosell's favorite and my hometown guy)
OLB - Frank Nunley (fudge hammer)
DB - Jimmy Johnson (forget Neon rental year, this guy was the best of all 49er DBs)
DB - Abe Woodson (outstanding CB, also averaged over 28 yds/return as KR, still one of the highest ever averages)
S - Dave Baker (short 49er career but still holds the season record for INT, "when he hits you, you stayed hit!")

K - Tommy Davis - also the punter

I turn 75 next month and remember all those guys well. Hugh the King was my favorite player growing up. He was, as you say like Barry Sanders in a broken field. I think Cedrick Hardman was the best DE we ever had. His 108 sacks is still by far the best.

I could never name an all time favorite team because I've followed them so long and have seen them through 3 different eras. 50s through the 70s. 80s through the 90s and the current era. The game has changed in each era and the type of player has also changed. I have my favorites in each.

My favorite game all time was the 1982 Championship. That for me was better than winning the SB after watching so mant year sof frustration.

My worst game was that 15-13 loss to the Giants in championship game. 2 minutes and 36 seconds from victory and Craig fumbled. It's the closest any team has ever come to a three-peat.

Agree, I still remember that game as if it just happened yesterday.

As good as he was, I can't give love to a one year rental deal. Wright is my guy as well.
QB - Montana
WR - Rice

debatable on all of the other positions.
